Other than maybe a few scratches and dents (given that it was just in a battle), I don't think there is is anything else modeling wise you can do to this. Can I also that this is without doubt the best model of a human skeleton I have ever seen

What would be the stance on adding the skeleton hair that appeared on skeletons in the DK 2 movie clips? We use the DK 2 movie clip imp despite the fact that ingame in both DK1 and DK2 imps were brownish.

Anyway, just bringing it up as an option.

Also, are those should blade bits (i don't know what they are called ) the right size? They look a tiny bit small.

Also, Also... is that a bullfrog on his shield, lol?

While I admit it might be possible in a world of magic, hair just doesn't do that normally, since it grows out of skin. It is not like Bluto is throwing everything DK2 related out the window, I think if you look closer you'll see it still has an eye in one of its sockets

Hair gets added in 3D Studio Max, you can't model it in ZBrush.

Meincookie, it sure looks like a bullfrog actually, hehe - but unfortunately there is no hidden message in his shield

while uploading the pic, I spotted this too:

it's on the training room's walls - what if I make the shield like that? with a skull on it?

Capital idea, also makes a lot of sense since other than the Orc no creatures have shields.

i've always liked the design of Spinal from Killer Instinct - what about some armor shackles and a belt like him?

I don't see why not, as long as it is pretty loose fitted stuff, and isn't too over the top. Since he's not really meant to look like the undead answer to the how to survive a world war :P
