There's not much to write about. Just install it, create an account and you get a list of open games.
It just should be mentioned somewhere so people know there's an alternative to hamachi.
EDIT:
Maybe a list of usernames playing DK via GameRanger could be helpful.

I saw a guy trying to get a DK2 game on Gameranger the other day, so I was like
'Hey, you a klan member?'
and he was like 'no'
