    Default Fighting game project

    Along with WFTO, I help on another project as a programmer, it's a fighting game called pockets, I was aloud to make a secret character for the game, so after thinking hard I picked the horned reaper.

    The artist just finished some sprites of Horny, have a look and tell me what you think.

    He has yet to get more animations done on him. For instance.

    He needs his attack animations finished.

    His entrance sprites need to be done.

    His hyper and special sprites need to be done.


    I have still to decide on his tag team partner, I was going to pick the bile demon (Comes flying in and lands on the enemy) or as dotted thinks, it should be the mistress.

    Here are his specials and hypers:

    Lash out
    - Horny goes mad with his scythe, lashing out with multiple fast blows that do a little damage.

    Fireball
    - Horny shoots a fireball from his hand

    Impalement
    - Horny impales the enemy on his scythe, and slams them into the ground, he then spins around and the person is released from the scythe, sent flying.

    Charging attack
    - Horny travels along on his feet by using fire, to kind of skate along, while slashing his scythe.

    2 hypers

    - Inferno -
    Horny shoots a flurry of large fireballs.

    - spinning rage -
    Horny spins around rapidly while spinning his scythe in every direction, creating a sort of tornado.

    imo he should have a hyper version of lash out (maybe in place of inferno hyper?) and a scythe shoryuken-esque attack.

    I think that for his tag team move the keeper hand should just come in and slap/lightning spam his enemy :P

    Edit: or turn the enemy into a chicken...

    I just realized how many
    awesome possibility there are.

    I already had two entrances planned for him.

    1. He comes in like he does in DKII, emerging from a pit of fire.

    2. The Keeper's hand drops him into the fight.

    Yes, and? He still has that as a special. Do remember that the main game of Horny is to scythe slash enemies to pieces, not to spam fireballs.
