Due to the age of the game it is recommended you use purchase and use the Dungeon Keeper version availble at GOG.com or KeeperFX as it fixes most issues and work on modern Windows systems both 64-bit and 32-bit.
Don't expect help for original CD version of Dungeon Keeper 1, as the game is simply too old.
