Multiplayer Competition patch

I'd love to do some competitions. The problem is I need for this the patch 1.3 and can't find it anywhere. Do u have this patch or a link?

Patch 1.3 doesn't exist. Version 1.3 is the unpatched original version of the game when it had been released.
