    Lightbulb owning your own bosses

    your own boss: if there a leveling up system then i had a idea that if a hero enters a boss room that you own then they have to fight there way out!
    this idea is a basic room that only allows the boss moneter to be in that room and only a number of heros can enter at a time as both entrence and exit door and only 4 heroes are allowed in to fight the boss but they have to be only so far away from each other!
    ideas for bosses:
    the nell-dragon
    cerberis
    the rifter
    frosey the troll-giant
    nevert wized
    and other big monster myths or legends
    and scary boss like things

    i don't know if this idea is good or bad so please imagen playing dungon keeper 2 and you can build a boss room that when 4 heroes enter both doors close and a boss apperese in the room from celling floor or a door?
    and the heroes to enter will never survive and once the heroes have word of your boss, monster hunter will enter your dungon seeking to kill your boss
    the bosses hp restors after time and can be killed if heros flood in to the room so it will not be a invincible beast of destruction!
    you can upgrade your beast with things like armor and colour of bodyparts

    make separate threads for multiple suggestions or you will be chewed off by a certain member
    possession is planned on being not as abusable as in DK2 so good luck fighting
    sounds like a cool idea but DK was never made to be a 1st person game so the fighting will seem plain and repetitive

    I barely can understand this myself. From what I gather... it sounds more like a room suggestion that involves a boss like Unit. You have several Units enter it and they then must fight the boss and then gain experience or something. But with the way he's wording it at the start, it almost sounds more like he thinks we're already including some kind of "boss room".

    Looking at it again, it sounds actually like you're supposed to own the "boss" and then you train it up with invading Heroes. You can also upgrade it with armor and change its color. Towards the end, the boss sounds more like some kind of pet to me.

    To put it simply, it's not very good. Not the kind of thing we'd really be looking for... I think. I still don't fully understand what this is supposed to be.

    PS: Damn it, Mothrayas. Mad face. >:(

    Okay, so I have a guard "boss" room, with an imba creature sitting there.

    I can't really understand the "4 heroes/time" paragraph. Why would we limit them? Or it is a decoration-kinda room? If so, does this mean that this room is used for entertainment only (aka CP with no actual usage except entertainment)? If so, how do you prevent the keeper from abusing the room (for example, building 10 rooms with boss monsters around his base)?

    It doesn't look like a very good suggestion right now.
