Biography:
He was trained for a hero black ops troop at young age. During the first missions in the underground he enjoyed pleasing his desires in killing non humans and demonstrating his power. But the only drawbacks were the heroes, an arrogant bunch of prig idiots. During one of their strike missions he got rid of them with a long before planned betrayal. Pleased to finally be on his own he had a great idea to please his desires of money and eliminating creatures further. Fortunately he ran into Ryan, someone he met during the last days of his training. Together they moved deeper in the underground, the area where normally no Keepers would show up. They slowly begun to start with his plans and became friends through that, first they found a good area which they started to secure immediately. After that both of them tried to get to fast money and in that they had really success. His friend Ryan did mercenary work for the native creatures near them and Pel robbed small groups of wanderes and brought the loot back, during the second time he did this also got them new armor that wasn’t from their hated roots back on the overworld.
After they managed to get enough money they begun hiring mercenaries to secure and build up the area further. Pel then realized his plans to become a secret information broker in the underworld while Ryan mostly did jobs to forfeit their goals as his top operative. Everything worked out very well; Pel got rid of a few business rivals and overtook their source, as well as finding new information sources himself. At the end he had dozens of operatives all answering to him and Ryan.
The downfall of everything came as he went with Ryan’s recruits on a mission and was lured into a trap from the heroes whose base they assaulted to free some of Pel’s most trusted sources. It really looked for him like he could only manage to save on of his two teams and so he did what was logical. The problem was that in the other group Ryan’s lover was serving. After arguing for two days Ryan left their organization and left Pel alone in charge of everything.
But with his friend gone the worst had yet to come. A business rival Perl thought he got rid of targeted his organization and destroyed it more and more through killing his sources and operatives. At the end they found him and assaulted the fortress. With his last teams dead they gave him an ultimatum; either killing his friend Ryan who was the one leading the attacks at their organization earlier or being tortured to death. He hadn’t much of a choice, but what in the end really made him follow the instructions was the money they said they’d give him if he’d do it.
With that he used some of his last sources to locate Ryan and followed him when he got a hint. In the realm of Crystallbarrow he attempted to kill him two times, stopped during his first try due to problems with the execution. The second attempt where he wanted to eliminate Ryan in the combat pit and then lying to the Keeper that it was an accident failed too due Ryan’s sudden learning of the speed spell. After their Keeper conquered the realm he followed him and Ryan only to find himself under the command of a completely different Keeper. Pel plans on using that to make a bit money before he thinks of trying it a third time. Not long ago Ryan seemed to stop with his hostility towards him. Whether that will make the assassination easier for Pel or makes him rethink his plan remains to be seen yet.
