Well, problem get them level 8 in a few minutes in the combat pit because they are so weak at low levels, and won't kill eachother instantly, causing them to have an extremely long fight (longer then 2 warlocks, and they get up to lvl 6)

in the game there should be something cheesy-ish. I thought that it could be a creature HORRIBLE at fighting and slow at leveling up, it is awesome after lv.5

poison bomb-weakens and damages all enemy creatures it hits

it walks around, does research but very useful in very big battles. He is annoying at levels 4 or lower because it's very bad at fighting. Attracted by library, temple. Looks like a skeleton with a cape, pants like stuff and boots

Give more detail about it. I don't know what it will appear like, what it does in combat and in the dungeon.

There is no word "Linch" It's Lich for what he is thinking. Lynch means to hang somone, including burning, fille'ing, and many other forms of torture. It is most prominant after slaves gained freedom in America. More so in the south as well.
