Alright, I wanted to post this for the differences of the three archers. Yes I think all three should join.I am going to separate them out by / in values. You'll know what I mean. Sorry if the descriptions got vague, I got tired of typing.

Evil Creature that likes to guard and can be attracted by the guard room. She doesn't like the Archer. She's fine with most creatures.

Goodly Creature that will go and manufacture if left alone and doesn't like the Dark Elf. Can be converted easily.

Like a monk, but it has to be the finishing blow and it doesn't do much damage in the first place. Have you thought about the recharge time too? However I will downgrade it to making it drop half its levels instead.
Merely for a possession bonus because outside it has to run though the animation. If it were DK1 then we'd have a bigger problem.
Higher level archers/elven archers/dark elves have a similar affect in their respective games.

DK2 Darkelf lvl 6-8 = prawnage, especially when you have 5-6.
And they don't have uber strong attacks :/

They still do incredible damage in masses.
Not to mention, in possession you can go up and melee while bow recharges, and that can do nice dmg
Oh melee. Whoops, messed up. But keep in mind that Possession supposed to have that kind of advantage. I can take out the entire level 16 dk2 fortress (Stone Keep) with that mistress you find. Well, maybe not the entire but can still win.
But even so, did you look at those recharge times? And in groups, if they focus on one target they'll waste a bunch of potential shots and damage. That's what the archer is good at, fighting off armies with a mass sum of arrows. By the way. For the spells, the damage settings are lower because it just means High for a spell. Melee combat does more damage.

The recharge times mean shit if there are enough spells to cast. You can fire each on in succession, and by that time, 1-2 have recharged.
...Or ALL the Arrows have to recharge if ANY of them are used.
