Hmm, that's not a bad idea at all. however, the Heroes that the player shouldn't be allowed to subvert is the Knight and the Avatar. It'd make the playability to easy. plus it would probably create problems in the levels scripts with the Win command option as most of the levels have this common script command.
E.g. (IF PLAYER_GOOD,KNIGHT ==0)
WIN GAME
ENDIF
It would render the trigger being triggered straight way automatically winning the level when the knight is subverted.

Of course, I'm not suggesting to make any changes to the routine that determines which hero you select, just to do so at the start of the map, just like the random number generator already in the script.
