How to play Dungeon keeper

I read the guide to playing, but I think the link to unofficial patch 1.73 is broken. Can someone please help me out?

EDIT: Just managed to find a link somewhere and download it and just downloaded hamachi.
now I just need to join a hamachi network, but the ones you say are full it says.

EDIT: Finally managed to join a network! I see some names and green dots with flashing brackets around them... but how do I talk?
