A rumble comes from the Portal, before something large jumps out and lands with a thud.

A Bile Demon has entered your Dungeon.

    Groogo

Groogo heaves a large chunk of pillar over his shoulder like a club, staring down at the ground. "Gro- I must not fail again..." Groogo mumbles to himself, closing his eyes before turning to leave the Portal room. He looks upon the secret door as it lifted up before him, it seems this Keeper has many resources to play with. Groogo's thought was confirmed as he entered the hallway and looked to the right, the lair from what he could see was almost covered in lairs of the many creatures in this Keeper's service. Perhaps his service may not change much, mayhaps he'll not be needed at all here, but Groogo decided to continue on.

Groogo enters the Dungeon Heart Chamber, and looks upon the Keeper's heart... Then at the blue-skinned elf standing before it as well, Groogo stares at her for a few more moments before looking back at the Dungeon Heart. He places his pillar chunk club to his side.
"I am Groogo. I can research well, do not mistake Groo- me as a common Bile Demon... Not anymore. I work for you now, Keeper Tesonu." Groogo lifts the pillar chunk club back over his shoulder, as he left the Dungeon Heart Chamber. Groogo sniffs the air, as he looks to the left to see the Hatchery and a demon spawn walking along through it. Groogo decides to leave it be, as he drags himself into the lair.

So many lairs! Too many lairs! Groogo had to squeeze through a few, froze his ass on this one strange frozen mushroom, got some spiders on him from some dead tree and almost crushed a skull of bones. Soon he got used to the large amount of lairs, he just had to suck in his gut as he went through the lair. He finally finds an empty spot, and makes his lair there. He sighs as he looks around some more, demon spawn lairs, vampire lairs, dark mistress lairs, goblin, warlock and spider lairs, Tesonu does have creatures to toy around with, Groogo only hopes he uses them well. Groogo then freezes, looking at one warlock lair. It looked familiar, very familiar as Groogo's blood turned cold.

"She's here? She left long ago to do something after our fight. Should I? Perhaps..." Groogo stares at the lair more, before shaking his head, "I cannot let her not know. Perhaps she won't recognize me with these scars, think me as some other Bile Demon." Groogo nods to himself, as he looks at the other two exits in the lair. He sees one that leads into the Library and some other room. He doesn't wish to go in the Library, not just yet. Groogo instead moves to the entrance of the Scavenger Room, and waits.

A young male knight gets thrown backwards from a fireball spell. His grip on his axe lost as it falls behind him. "Come now! How do you expect to become a Mage Knight if you can't handle a single fireball?" A old looking wizard speaks to the young knight, who grabs his axe and rushes the wizard again who merely casts a wind spell to knock him back down. "Do not rush, you must focus your magical energies within and summon forth your arcane might. Or is being a simple-minded fool with an axe more fitting for you?" The young knight grabs his axe and stands. "No..." The wizard throws a meteor out towards the young knight. The young knight stands his ground, closes his eyes and swings his axe forward, sending a fireball into the meteor, causing it to explode. The wizard grins.
    He betrays you.
War has come to the overworld, the young knight along with his peers and teacher are sent out to protect their realm. Young mages, young fairies, all of them young but brimming with vigor as they blasted and killed the minions of the underworld. "Master! We have held them back!" A young mage speaks out, gaining a nod from the grand wizard. "Well done my students, you have made me proud, every one of you!" Hearts of the young knight and his peers fluttered at his rare compliment, their morale skyrocketing.
    Betrayed you and your peers.
The young knight feels a sharp pain in his side, sending him to his knees. He looks up to the grand wizard, glaring. The grand wizard was smirking, as the young knight's peers were brought down to their knees as well. A trap, warlocks surrounded them. "It is a shame that your training is now over." The grand wizard speaks to the young knight, before he looks up to the warlocks. "Kill him, do what you wish with the others." Pain, endless pain as electricity constantly flowed through his body. All the while he was losing life, he heard the warlocks slit throats, drag away his peers and worse, male and female muffled screams. Laughter from the warlocks, male and female... Sound faded as the sharp pain in his side grew, life ebbed away...
You were weak. Anger, rage, you returned.

    "Owww! My other foot!!"

Rob twitches, as a dull pain spreaded from some kick, bringing Rob back from his nightmare. Rob laid there for a few moments, his body in shock. It would be a few moments before he sat up from the graveyard dirt.

A vampire has rise- Oh nevermind.

Rob brushes off dirt from his armour, taking off his helmet and shakes the dirt out of it. Rob places his helmet on his lap as he reached for his axe... Reached for his axe... His axe was missing! Rob growled to himself, as he grabs his broken helmet and stands up. He stands there, sighs and leaves the graveyard and enters the hatchery. He looks down to see a demon spawn passed out in the hatchery floor. Was this the thing that kicked him? Rob glared at it, not sure what to exactly do. He decides to leave it there, as he heads for the workshop.

Once inside the workshop, Rob places his helmet next to an anvil. He needs a weapon, his axe is missing and the search for it could waste very valuable time. He grabs some metal and a hammer, brushes his hair out of his eyes and starts to hammer away to make himself a weapon... And he has just the idea for what kind of weapon to make.

Baku continues to patrol the Guard Room, keeping careful watch of the entrance. He remains constantly alert, listening for either one of the Traps firing or any sort of tinkering going on with the Steel Door before him from, say, an enemy Rogue. It takes a great deal of self discipline, patience, focus, and mental endurance to remain on guard duty with consistent awareness. Anyone can just stand there, but it takes a great deal of training to remain constantly on top of things so that no one can slip by. That is what separates the professionals from the rookies. Baku is certainly no rookie.

Still, after remaining in the Guard Room for such a long period of time, Baku's hunger began to awaken from within. He needs food to remain not only focused but also in tip top fighting condition. It worries him that this Shaylum character never once showed up for guard duty. Baku isn't sure if something happened to him or her, but he shouldn't abandon his post for even a moment. A tricky situation. Perhaps Keeper Tesonu can drop some chickens for him to eat. Baku doesn't want to disturb him for something so small, but he also does not want to give any enemy an opening to exploit. That seems more important. He cannot abandon his post.

"Hey boss," Baku calls up in his usual deep, if somewhat casual tone, "Mind sparin' an Orc some chickens? I ain't about to leave my post so some big shot Rogue can pop in and start, uh, rogueing."

Pamela wanted to go to the Casino to pay homage to this famous stripper that the Imp at the front door keeps babbling on about, but sadly, she had no gold. Disappointed, Pamela traveled all the way back towards the Lair and gave a short rant to herself regarding the ridiculous length of the path leading into the Casino. It was something along the lines of, "Of all the tunnels in the world, why did they have to connect into this one to make such a long and tedious walk into something as fun as a Casino!? It's like it was build to hold extremely long lines, but there's nobody in there outside of that Imp and the famous stripper I ever want to see! I am too beautiful and fragile to make such aimless travels. My delicate little feet are worn from the trip. I require a refresher from this work. Huff I say!"

After taking a short nap in the Lair, Pamela finally awakes feeling as fantastic as ever. Well rested, Pamela steps down from her Lair and stretches her arms and each of her legs. With a bright smile on her face, Pamela hums a silent tune as she gives her hair a quick brush before tying it back to create her usual, yet still elegant, hairdo. Once finished, she quietly speaking to herself, "I feel amazing! Look out world, Mage Maiden Pamela is here!" Pamela heads out of the Lair, heading towards the Hatchery. She stops right at the entrance of the latter as it suddenly comes to her attention that she still has no official orders from Tesonu. Pamela makes a puzzled frown as she scratches her head while trying to figure out what she should do, "Huh... well, I guess I still have free reign to do as I please. How lovely!"

The question is, what can she do? Without any gold, the Casino isn't an option. As far as social activity goes, her sister is asleep and she did not want to disturb that wonderfully charming Knight as he trains. Perhaps she could... play fetch with the talking Demon Hound? No, it probably ran off to do its own thing by now. Pamela could try to find it, but that would take a really long time. Tesonu's dungeon is quite big. She definitely didn't want to train; it's too early to work up a sweat like that. Perhaps some reading could be done! Yes that sounds delightful and quiet... but maybe she should check in with Tesonu just in case.

Before going to the Heart Chamber, Pamela decides to have a quick snack to keep her going for the day. She grabs a nearby chicken and tries to cook it over one of the torch flames. After a brief moment, Pamela's hands heat up to a point beyond her liking, and so she suddenly retracts them; dropping the chicken in the process. "Ouch, that's hot!" she whispers to herself before putting her heated fingers into her mouth. Realizing what she was subconsciously doing, Pamela swiftly pulls her fingers out and hopes no one saw her acting so unprofessional. Pamela has not yet properly adjusted herself to having to perform such daily tasks in a dungeon. Surely there's a better way to do this. Pamela snaps her fingers as she figures it out; a witty grin suddenly forming on her face.

Pamela gives the chicken a toss in the air, then she shoots a well aimed web near the peak of the Hatchery pillar. The chicken is strapped to the wall by the web, and the web is too high for the fire to be capable of setting it aflame... probably. Meanwhile, the chicken will steadily cook, and it'll be ready in a little bit for Pamela to eat. She smiles at her cleverness before turning herself around and leaving for the Heart Chamber. After a quick chat with Tesonu, surely the chicken will be ready.

Entering the Heart Chamber, Pamela speaks up with both volume and cheerful pride, "Greetings Keeper Tesonu! It is I, Mage Maiden Pamela, the glorious beauty and magical prodigy, Archmage Pamela!" A silly smile forms over Pamela's face as she finds certain pleasure in introducing herself, "It has come to my attention that I have been left without direct orders, and thus, am currently granted freedom of personal choice. I just decided to stroll on by to confirm if that is indeed what you wish. Just say the word, and I shall head on over to the Library to pick up some books!"

Pamela suddenly notices a cute little Elf girl also sharing the room with her. Surely she must be a new Creature, though Pamela must have missed the announcement. Through her blue skin, Pamela recognizes her as an icicle Elf of sorts; something Pamela studied in the past while exploring different cultures in the overworld. Deciding to be friendly to the new and probably shy girl, Pamela steps forward and greets her with her warmest smile, "Hello there, Ice Elf! I am Mage Maiden Pamela, Archmage graduate from Mage Maiden academy! I am a professional with wonderful magical prowess, and quite the beautiful queen of elegance as you can probably tell. You seem to be quite the diligent and attractive individual, what with your intellectual eyes, smooth and silky skin, and absolutely gorgeous hair. Your breasts are also quite nicely developed; they're actually quite comparable to mine. Good for you!"

    Terrence

Having rested sufficiently, the Tentacle Terrence climbed off his icy lair and stretched his limbs, heading off to the Hatchery for some food. Once there, he noticed an unconscious Demon Spawn sprawled on the floor.

Hmm, someone seems to have gorged on the chickens.

He skirted around the beast, stabbing and eating a couple of the yellow critters. Just as he was about to leave, Terrence spotted another chicken, webbed to one of the Hatchery pillars. He shook his head, and looked up at the Steel Door that led to the passage south of the Hatchery.

Hmm, if I recall, Karla is still imprisoned in this dungeon... I must talk to her about her father.

Terrence was about to leave the Hatchery and head towards the Prison, but there was something unusual in the air. It was a terribly foul smell, emanating from the doorway that led to the Graveyard. At first he just thought that it was simply the stench of rotting bodies, but he could also smell burnt flesh. Curious, the Tentacle crawled into the room, and beheld the pile of corpses inside.

    "W-what...? Oh no..."

Burnt and mutilated Tentacle corpses were scattered through the room, including one familiar figure.

"Tarku, what have you done...? You fool! You should have listened!"

Enraged, Terrence whacks the lifeless corpse of the chieftain multiple times, before stumbling backwards. He breathed the tainted air heavily, shaking his head over and over wishing that this was some sort nightmare. Unfortunately, it wasn't so. Then, a determined voice popped into his mind.

"I must see if Karla is alright."

Terrence hurried out of the Graveyard, passing through the Hatchery and Guard Room, and into the joint Prison/Torture Chamber room. He looked first to the Prison, which contained some massive Orc and another familiar Tentacle.

    "Turok?"

Terrence then looked over to the Torture Chamber, spotting Karla being tortured mercilessly by a couple of Mistresses. With a burning aggression in his head, the Tentacle stepped towards them.

    "Karla! Stop torturing her!"

Through unfamiliar magic that Talisma only heard of prior did she transcend up from the depths of the Portal and onto chilling dungeon land. Warmly dressed for any occasion, the Priestess doesn't mind the cold from even a place named 'Northland'. With her complex Priestess outfit of purple and black, she shows no bare skin for any chilling air to try and sneak through. Her purple mage hat with a black rose attached to it, or Wizard hat as it seems to be named by those outside her homeland, keeps her head warm. Meanwhile, her thick white hair does its best to keep her face just as warm as the rest of her. She is ready for any winter.

A PRIESTESS / WITCH HAS ENTERED YOUR DUNGEON.

This echoing and magical voice that Talisma hears all around her, briefly announcing her entry... Talisma identifies it as being the Mentor, or Informant as he goes by in this land. She learned of this while talking to a few underground inhabitants on the way up. She has also studied as much as she could about these Dungeon Keepers before attempting the trip, but with so much to learn, she still has a long way to go to truly understanding them. How strange it is for her to be the one of choice; a humble student not yet ready for the task ahead of her in her own honest opinion. In the end, she has no choice in the matter. Hand picked or randomly selected, Talisma would never refuse such a request.

Talisma took in a deep breath while observing her surroundings. There are many elegantly designed decorations and carvings on the wall; mostly of female figures in their most natural form of beauty. Each decoration has an extra coating of ice over it, appearing to have been around for quite some time. Was this all done by magic? It is truly impressive regardless to see so much high quality and classy artwork. Looking all around her, Talisma finds a deep appreciation for how unique and finely designed each wall seems to be.

Talisma suddenly swallows when she sees the art on the walls in the back. There are multiple female figures performing rather naughty actions. Yet, why does she feel so uncomfortable with such? Unfamiliarity? No, that is a poor excuse. She has been told of these 'sexual' actions before and that it is all natural in the perverted counterpart of love: lust. Such is the way of the Dark Mistress; one of the leading sinners in the way of the hidden Dark Avatar. She is not to reject such ways; she is to embrace them. She must become the true disciple before the end of her quest.

Talisma tidies up her outfit a bit to try and make a decent impression. She places her left hand over the unholy cross on her chest, rubbing it briefly, before stepping forward. The wall before her suddenly rises up, revealing a passage and also shocking the Priestess in the process. After holding her breath for a moment, Talisma lets it all go and reminds herself that it is all natural and normal. She doesn't understand why she froze like that. She knew beforehand that it's a Secret Door and that it would do that. That's what she was told. Is she nervous? No, there is no good reason to be so intimidated. No more of these shenanigans. Talisma continues onward.

The Priestess arrives at the Heart Chamber, then stares in awe at the site before her. A bright, magically pulsing statue stood on an elegantly designed if possibly oversized pedestal. Talisma recalls a comparable drawing from her quick guide to Dungeon Keepers book that illustrated this 'Dungeon Heart'. She was curious about the idea that an extremely powerful entity not only lived entirely inside this glowing statue, but also retained influence over an ever growing dungeon. She doubted the idea and wondered how such could be possible; she thought that her book exaggerated to a significant degree. But now, she can see with her own eyes how such is possible. She can feel a small fraction of his power radiating from within.

Talisma is supposed to introduce herself. She remembers this and yet still she hesitates. She feels so timid and shaking; unknowing what to do. Why does her body react so? Her actions are certain, predefined even. There is simply nothing to be uncertain of; nothing to doubt. She is to speak to this 'Dungeon Heart' and it would hear her voice as anything else is heard throughout this dungeon. Her voice would echo through him as the Informant's voice echoed throughout the dungeon. That is how she speaks to this Dungeon Keeper known as Tesonu.

Talisma takes in a deep breath and rubs her cross momentarily. She speaks as seriously and maturely as her youthful and slightly higher end voice allows her to, "Keeper Tesonu..." She pauses, unnaturally, as if expecting to hear some kind of response or indication that Tesonu is listening. She puts an immediate halt to this expectation and forces herself to continue, "...I am Talisma, Priestess of the Void. I can channel my magic to serve as a Healer, or I can flip my magic to become a Witch of malice and curses. I hope to serve you well." Talisma swallows again as she forcefully reminds herself the importance of polite formality, and hesitantly speaks again, "Thank you kindly for your precious time."

"Why, hello there, 'Priestess of the Void'!" speaks a bright and chirpy female voice. Talisma looks towards the speaker, then she suddenly flinches when she sees a woman whose lower body had been cut off and placed upon the body of a giant Spider, after the Spider's head was seemingly removed. Who or what had done this to her, and why? Is it meant to serve as some kind of punishment? Talisma hasn't heard anything of this sort before. Still... she should probably remain polite and return the greeting, "H-Hello... I am Talisma, now a humble servant of Tesonu." The Priestess idly acknowledges the pale looking Dark Elf behind the half woman.

Zelniana's eyes light up with excitement and pure fascination as she continues to read her book of Vampires. This isn't any traditional book that mentions traditional Vampiric abilities and behavior traits. Rather, it's a book that dives deep into Vampire lore, from the time in which the first Vampire came into being. It teaches various theories, each with a variety of supporting evidence gathered over a great period of time, as to what truly makes a Vampire. Not the methods or the rituals, but the magical properties taking effect to create an entity of death that continues to return to the world of the living time and time again. What is actually going on and what forces are at work that allow such powers? If Zelni is to ever understand what is wrong with that Vampire girl, she would have to take her study back to the roots of Vampire creation.

Zelniana knows only a little more than a handful of things regarding Vampires, so she still has a lot to learn if she is to ever reach the desired point of knowledge and understanding. She's uncertain as to whether or not this book would prove sufficient. No, it definitely won't. At best, these theories that would point her in the right direction for experimentation, but the problem is that she lacks a normal test subject. Even then, there's only so much she could learn from such experimenting. Lucky as she is to have picked out such a detailed book, the fact of the matter is that the true origin of Vampires and the magic that they utilize is lost; at least that's what she's understanding from reading this book. Everyone knows the means to create, but none have any understanding as to why such is the way of things. That is the one question Zelniana truly needs to answer.

Zelniana lets out a quiet sigh to herself, wondering if there is some kind of ancient tome somewhere in Heavenarius that could give her the answers. Tesonu's selection of books probably lacks the appropriate information, though to no fault of Tesonu's given the nature of the situation. Halting her research momentarily, Zelni takes in her surroundings to remind herself that she's still in the Library. Often on with a subject of interest, Zelni tends to get far too absorbed into her reading and loses all sense of awareness. It doesn't matter if she's in Tesonu's Library or in the realm of the Dark Gods; it all becomes the same to her.

Zelniana suddenly shoots up, remembering that something is supposed to happen. She heard voices in the Library earlier; two women that seemed to be planning something. Given the context of the conversation, it hinted to be some sort of hired assassination. Being so involved in her books, the event could have already passed Zelni by without her knowing. She should try to investigate to find out what is going on and stop it if it isn't too late... right? It would mean putting a complete halt to all of her current research for something that may be important. Although, looking at her closed Destroy Walls book, Zelni remembers that she stopped her 'real' research quite a while ago to put all of her focus on this Vampire book. A smirk spreads across the Dark Angel's face, but it fades just as quickly as she thinks of the situation at hand.

"Zelni!" came a mild shout an all too familiar female voice. Taken by surprise, the Dark Angel curses to herself with the unfortunate timing of her sister's arrival. Judging by her serious, determined, and partially strict tone, Zelniana immediately realizes that Yalniai isn't simply paying a casual visit to return her sister's staff. Caught off guard, Zelni briefly delays her response to give herself a moment to regain her composure. She then replays in a casual and sweet tone to counter her sister's tone, "Oh hi, dear sister. You know, you really shouldn't be so loud in a Library as you'll disturb other researchers." "There's no one here but us," Yalni reassured her while lowering her tone a bit, "I didn't see anyone when I was looking around for you, anyway." There is someone around, surely... Someone invisible, it seems. Of course, Yalni didn't know that, and to prevent whoever might be there from knowing that Zelni might be aware of their presence and thus may have heard the earlier conversation, Zelni has to play along. She replies smoothly, "Oh of course, how silly of me to not notice. I guess I got too involved in these books, you know?"

Seeing her restored staff in Yalniai's hands, Zelniana promptly points to it and says, "I see you've fixed my staff. Well good for you, I guess I'll consider your debts paid for me saving your worthless if adorable little wings." Zelni steps closer and reaches for her staff, but Yalni pulls it away while stepping back, "Wait." Zelni knows where her sister is going. She has something on her mind that she wants to talk about before simply returning Zelni's staff. Yet, Zelni doesn't want to deal with it now. She must investigate whatever voices she heard in the Library earlier. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any way to convey this message over to Yalni without the possibility of alerting whoever else might be there.

Zelni has to get her sister off her wings. Usually something flirty or lustful is enough to disturb her and get Yalni to back off. "Wait? For what?" Zelni asks, figuring out what to say as she goes along, "Are you going to serenade me before presenting this gift as a pronunciation of love?" Zelni can't help but find great amusement in her younger sister's massively perplexed expression and high pitched response, "Wait, what!?" "Oh you sweet sister, you~" Zelni coos as she moves closer in fake preparation to give Yalni an overly embracive smooch. "Ah-Zelni!" Yalni calls out as she backs away from her sister's hold. At the same time, Zelni's great black wings naturally wrap themselves around Yalni. Yalni steps on part of Zelni's wings, causing the former to trip and fall backwards while momentarily shocking the latter. Holding onto her sister, Zelni joins her in the fall and the two sisters crash into the ground.

"Ow... my wing... and hands..." Zelniana mutters in minor pain. "Look... what you did... Zelni..." Yalniai mutters back, "I don't know why you do these things..." Zelni smiles in bliss, "I just wanted to give you a kiss. Is that too much for you, my dear sister?" Squinting, Yalni replies painfully, "Yes, it is." Zelni retains a small smile, "Well excuse me then." Zelni proceeds to stand, unable to use her wings to help her in the task due to their massive size and the small spacing between Library aisles. Yalni starts to get up herself, but Zelni grabs her hand and pulls her the rest of the way.

The two sisters stand idly for a brief moment as they recover from the fall before Yalni hands over Zelni's staff, "Here, just take your stupid staff." Zelni gracefully takes it with a loving smile, "Why, thank you love." Yalni moans in slight displeasure and discomfort as she briefly rubs her shoulder with the opposing hand, looking off to the side with wandering eyes. Zelni's heart skips a beat as she suddenly recognizes this rare gesture. It was no moan of displeasure, but more like a brief whimper or a whine; a subtle expression of certain emotional feelings that Yalni didn't seem to consciously acknowledge. Something happened to Yalniai recently that upset her greatly; something she was trying to hide.

"Yalniai?" Zelniana whispers in a slow and careful tone. Yalniai looks back in surprise, caught off guard by hearing her sister use her full name, "W-What is it, Zelni?" The two make direct eye contact. The lightheartedness has vanished from Zelniana's eyes, leaving behind only a piercing stare from an unbreakable will as she gazes into Yalniai's eyes and studies them. Sweet innocence is apparent, but part of her loving expression has disappeared. She tries to hold onto that innocence desperately, but Zelni knew that it was lost long ago. Searching deeper, Zelni finds a startling lack of confidence in her sister's eyes. Something had definitely upset her. There, in the deepest part of Yalni's eyes, Zelni finally finds the key expression that she was searching for: fear.

Only after spending what feels like a lifetime together can Zelniana search her sister's eyes so deeply. There are few things that can shake either of them so, after all this time together. Zelniana knows what makes her sister tick, and she knows what has upset her so. The body gesture served only as a sign that something is probably wrong. After searching her eyes, Zelni figured it out. She closes her eyes and, after a long moment of silence, finally whispers, "Tesonu has a Horned Reaper now, doesn't he?" Yalniai seems to choke a bit, caught off guard by Zelniana's way of breaking the silence, then lets out a low whimper as confirmation, "Mmhmm..."

Not needing to hear anymore, Zelniana suddenly wraps her sister in a loving embrace. Although surprised at first, Yalniai quickly returns the gesture. It wasn't Zelni's usual perverted playfulness, but rather, genuine sisterly and motherly concern. Looking down at her sister as Yalni rests her head on the former's chest, Zelni asks in a whisper, "What happened?" Yalni looks up, then proceeds to explain quietly, "Well... He was talking to this Sal... Lizard woman, in the Workshop... And they talked about each other's past..." "Talked?" Zelni repeats, surprised that a Horned Reaper would ever care to communicate personally with another. "Y-Yeah..." Yalni continues as she puts her head to rest again, "...I was... listening in... It really wasn't that bad, I think he's... different from the rest..."

"You say that, and yet you can't fool me," Zelniana suddenly tells her. "H-Huh?" Yalniai looks up, appearing genuinely confused. "I can see it in your eyes," Zelniana explains in as comforting a voice as she can get, "You're terrified of him. Different as you try to tell yourself he is, you can't shake off the simple fact that he's still a Horned Reaper." They're all driven by bloodlust and fury. It's the very core of their nature. Such disgusting beasts that should have never come into being. Even the Dark Gods acknowledge the mistake of their creation, thus calling forth the need for a new champion.

Still staring up at her sister, Yalniai's eyes slowly start to water. Zelniana gently puts Yalniai's head against her chest as she proceeds to caress her; slowly but steadily calming her. "I miss them," Yalniai whispers mournfully. Zelniana didn't know what to say at first. Nothing in her mind seems to fit properly. Searching elsewhere, the words finally come, straight from the heart of years past, "Nothing is more important than you are to me. Never. Forget." Yalniai doesn't say anything in response. She doesn't need to. Words are no longer necessary. She tightens her grip on her sister; snuggling against her more. Zelniana can feel her sister's heart beat faster against her own as Yalniai is properly covered by black wings. Nothing else matters but Yalniai. She knows that neither of them will ever forget what forever binds them together so perfectly. They'll never forget why.

    Maiden of the Nest
    Chandra
    The Banishing Priestess

Chandra stayed focused on her training for a good while, but after bumping into a couple of the other creatures, she realized that the Training Room was getting a little too full for its capacity. Particularly so when a huge unfamiliar Black Knight entered the room to train, taking up a fair space as well.

She decided to leave the room until it was a little more quiet, making her way into the Hatchery to grab and cook herself some chicken... at least, the ones that were not already gobbled up by the unconscious monster lying in the middle of the room.

Is that a Demon Spawn? Wow.

The Maiden walked around the sleeping creature, noting its size and bulk compared to a normal Demon Spawn. Vaguely recalling details from her studies of the various Underworld critters back at the academy, Chandra deduced that this Demon Spawn was close to transforming into its Dragon form.

Let's just hope that it is friendly... Dragons are powerful beings.

The Maiden of the Nest spotted some small scratches and bruises on the lizard, particularly on its feet, so she waved her wand over it and unleashed a few sparkles of Healing magic before retracting her staff.

Pleased with herself and with a smile on her face, Chandra left the Hatchery through the eastern doorway. As she walked past the passage that led into the Dungeon Heart, she paused for a second, hearing the voice of her sister.

Changing direction, Chandra approached the Secret Door, which opened as she got close, revealing the three creatures within and the Heart. She waved over at her sister as she walked in.

"Hey Pam, are you boasting to everyone again?"

She smirked as she walked up to her, glancing over to the other two creatures in the room and giving them a wave and a smile.

"Hello, I'm Chandra. I'm Pamela's sister, by the way."

Quick Summary: Chandra finished training and left the Training Room when it got a little too crowded, and she then went to the Hatchery to eat some chicken, finding Suria unconscious on the floor. She then heals Suria for the 3% health she lacked, before leaving towards the Lair, but upon hearing her sister in the Heart Chamber, she goes there instead, greeting the three creatures inside.

OOC: This all occurs in past timeline, before Islika arrives at the Torture Chamber.

Standing beside her twin sister just outside the Prison Chambers, Deimoria takes a deep breath. She can't help but feel quite on edge for what's to come. She is always all for improving dungeon efficiency and whipping some backbone into the weaker and perhaps more vulnerable areas of the working classes. As a proud Dark Mistress, she acts only in the best interest of her master, the Dungeon Keeper. No matter what problem may present itself before her, she must always be prepared to root it out and crush it utterly.

Deimoria is always ready to act at a moment's notice, and yet now, she feels unbelievably nervous. She hasn't even entered the Torture Chamber and already her heart is running a marathon. She doesn't feel ready for this at all. She knows how important this information is; she doesn't want this interrogation to end up like all her others. She's not yet a fully certified Dark Mistress. She's not sure if she can do this or not. No, she can't. She's not ready. She needs more training before she's ready for the real deal.

"Nervous?" Demorlia suddenly asks in a strangely light tone. Attempting to gather her confidence, Deimoria replies as strongly as she can, "What makes you say that!?" "Oh I don't know," Demorlia says using that same light, perhaps sarcastic, tone, "You've been leading the way and suddenly you stopped in front of the door and you haven't moved for the past thirty seconds or so. Seems like you're nervous to me." "I'm fine!" Deimoria insists. "Don't worry, sister. If anything..." Demorlia suddenly takes a step closer, getting right in her sister's face. Her tone takes a change for the worse, becoming darker and agitated if also mocking, "...just do it for your 'master'."

Demorlia takes a step back before promptly turning and leaving Deimoria behind as she enters the Prison Chambers. Baffled and frustrated, Deimoria shouts back at her, "What's your problem all of a sudden!? I only called him master once! Why is it so important anyways!?" "What are you doing, standing there shouting?" Demorlia suddenly asks with a smug look on her stupid face, "These Tentacles aren't going to interrogate themselves, now..." Deimoria growls to herself with growing frustration. Seething with anger, Deimoria desires to release it all here and now by challenging her sister to figure out what exactly is wrong with her. Yet for all her overwhelming fury, she still cannot deny the truth of her words. The interrogation is far more important.

Tightening the grip on her whip tenfold while gritting her teeth, Deimoria follows her twin into the Prison Chambers. With only three prisoners and two of them being very different looking Tentacles, Deimoria easily differentiates Karla from Turok. It helps that she still remembers Turok from the earlier battle. Opening the prison door, Deimoria points to the blue Tentacle and hisses, "You. Come with me." Karla weakly looks up, appearing to be quite starved for food. Just as she starts to drag herself forward, Turok attempts to lunge himself at Deimoria. Already fed up with Demorlia's behavior, Deimoria holds nothing back and simply unleashes hell upon the foolish, idiot Tentacle. Struck by a massive bombardment of whip slashes and lashes, Turok collapses before he even gets close to the Dark Mistress as she reopens all of his battle wounds. Deimoria scowls as she looks down upon him, "You think you can get past me with such pitiful effort, imbecile!? Next time, try harder as to not insult me so."

Deimoria slams the prison door shut. After hearing it properly latch, she begins to stride over to the Torture Chamber side of the room while keeping Karla ahead of her. Broken spirited and physically weak, the blue Tentacle does not offer any resistance. Deimoria suddenly hears Turok call out for his sister, to which Deimoria responds to by quickly turning and lashing out at him from the prison door with her whip. She gives him a mean glare, then suddenly hears her own sister speak up, "Edgy to today, aren't you?" Deimoria promptly retorts, "Shut up." Deimoria leads Karla over to one of the torture tables on the wall and begins to strap her in as she thinks to herself. She certainly doesn't understand why her twin is giving her such an attitude. Is it really just because she said 'master'? No, that can't be it. For as long as Deimoria remembers, her sister has necter acted up so; especially for something so small.

"Ow..." Karla suddenly mutters weakly. Her voice is so weak that she's barely audible; even for Deimoria despite being right next to her. Deimoria suddenly realizes how overly tight she made the straps for Karla, but then she decides that it doesn't matter. The Dark Mistress takes a step back, then speaks loudly in a strict tone so that both Tentacles can hear her, "I have some questions for both of you, and I expect at least one of you to answer. I want to know the history of this frozen wasteland you call home. Tell me about when the Heroes arrived, as well as those other Dungeon Keepers: Hannibal and Harpeia. What is this power that your father, Tarku, unleashed during the battle? There are your questions. Now answer them."

Karla moves her head a bit, as if about to speak, but nothing comes out. She suddenly cries out when Deimoria whips her and shouts in a commanding voice, "Do you have something to say, girl? Then say it!" When Karla doesn't respond quick enough, Deimoria gives her another whip, "Talk!" "Hey! Stop!!" Turok orders the Dark Mistress from the Prison. Deimoria turns her head and hisses, "Who do you think you are, giving me orders like that!?" After giving Karla another fierce whip and making her cry out again, Deimoria continues, "I'll stop the moment one of you decides to give me what I want!"

"Careful not to kill her..." Demorlia whispers lightly in a sarcastic tone with a stupid, smug look on her face, "...wouldn't want to upset your 'master'." Deimoria's eye suddenly starts to twitch uncontrollably. In her anger, she backhands Karla before she starts shouting furiously, "If you would just stop this charade and actually talk, then maybe we could actually get somewhere instead of having this pointless torture!" In more ways than one, Deimoria was referring to both the Tentacle and her sister. Demorlia's smirk suddenly starts to crumble and transitions into a glaring frown. She shrugs, saying nothing, to which Deimoria replies with a growl.

Deimoria takes a look at the Torturer: a mysterious figure attached to each and every torture chamber. He 'stands' idly, as he should when in the presence of a working Dark Mistress unless otherwise commanded. "Give me something sharper!" Deimoria orders, "A knife or something." The Torturer looks into his infinite selection of gear and magically pulls out a sword from behind him before handing it over to Deimoria. "Please!" Turok calls out from his cell. Without looking his way, Deimoria shouts back, "You know by now what I want. Give it here or I'll make her bleed!"

Not hearing an immediate response, Deimoria pulls her arm back and thrusts the knife into one of Karla's tentacle arms. She cries louder than before as the blade pierces her flesh, crying out to Turok, "Brother, please!!" Deimoria pushes the blade as deep as it can go before wiggling it around to tear more of the blue Tentacle's flesh. "She can't take anymore; she's already in terrible condition! Stop it!!" Turok pleas. A twisted, devilish smile, born of her growing anger and frustration, starts to form on Deimoria's face; she feels a strange sense of pleasure in all of it but she doesn't care what any of it means. The Dark Mistress turns her head back towards the Tentacle Chief's son, showing her psychotic expression, "We've killed your father and destroyed your people. Now do I have to violate your sister, too, just to get you to talk? What are you holding back for?"

Turok turns his head away briefly, then he suddenly looks directly at Deimoria and answers stubbornly, "I refuse to give my father's killer what he seeks! Tell that to Tesonu!" "Oh, I have no intention of displeasing my master..." Deimoria replies in a sly tone, "I'd rather give him the satisfaction of knowing that those who resisted him so stubbornly now lie dead after suffering a long and brutal end by my hands." "Say what you will, but I will still die with the satisfaction that we took down your army with us!" Turok retorts proudly, "You have nothing left to stand against Cedric! This land will be your grave as well as mine!" To that, Deimoria threw her head back in mad laughter, "You think you pulled one up on us? I will enjoy breaking your delusion as I tell you that you are sorely mistaken. You remember what Tesonu said, don't you? My master has outsmarted your petty little tribe. He retreated his entire army through use of magic without a single fatal casualty; your Tentacle army didn't have a chance to even touch them!"

It's difficult to tell given the fact that Turok is a Tentacle, but Deimoria can feel his intense anger at hearing her words. She continues to mock and goad him, "Instead, your Tentacle allies probably encountered Hannibal before getting slaughtered. If anything at all, they did us a favor. There is no satisfaction for you to be had! All you have is your sister, but I'm about to take that away from you too." "No! Enough!!" Turok screamed, fully directed by unadulterated rage. The Tentacle warrior proceeds to bang against the Prison door in any attempt to break free. At that moment, Deimoria grabs the knife firmly again and yanks it painfully from Karla's flesh, causing her to yelp. Deimoria then takes another stab at Karla, striking at a different tentacle arm this time. After hearing her cry, Deimoria twists the knife to get Karla to start whimpering. The banging on the prison door suddenly increases in both frequency and volume.

Deimoria abruptly abandons Karla and makes a few, big steps towards Turok. Getting ahold of her personal whip, the Dark Mistress proceeds to strike at the Tentacle from behind his cell. "Make all the noise you want!" she sneers, "You're only making things worse for yourself and especially your sister. You're not breaking out of there." Turok settles down a bit but still retains an intense glare. Deimoria turns back to Karla, watching with slight amusement as she pants uncontrollably. Demorlia, after remaining quiet for some time, finally decides to speak up suddenly, "Where exactly are you planning on going with all this? You don't seem to have a plan at all, you're just riding the moment." Deimoria merely snorts in response, but otherwise she doesn't acknowledge her sister. She doesn't know what's wrong with her nor does she care.

Deimoria retracts the knife from Karla semi-carefully, then calls back to her brother, "Have you decided what you're to do now? I can keep poking your sister if you like, although I don't think she can enjoy it for much longer!" Deimoria suddenly finds herself laughing, almost uncontrollably. Something about that last part seems funny... for some strange, twisted reason. She can't help it. There is some kind of dark satisfaction in all of this; some psychotic love in making her, or perhaps her master's, hated foe suffer so. While it's true that she hasn't served him for too long, Deimoria can't help but feel a deep attachment and involvement in the situation after everything that's happened during her brief duration.

Again, it seems like Turok has no response for her, and so Deimoria punishes his test of her patience by backhanding Karla. Karla starts to cry, to which Deimoria responds by grabbing her head and forcing it roughly against the table she's strapped to. "Do you hear that, Karla?" Deimoria asks in a crazy, playful tone. "Nothing! Looks like your brother doesn't care about you or your suffering after all!" "That's not true at all!" Turok shouts, "I... I..." "You what!?" Deimoria questions, not expecting an answer at all.

Turok stares at the ground for a moment before finally lifting his head answering, "I concede..." "Is that so?" Deimoria asks in a skeptic tone. Turok replies, "Yes... I... have nothing left anymore. Nothing worth holding back for... I will give you the information you want: on one condition." "Excuse me!?" Deimoria snaps back, "I am the Dark Mistress in charge here. I am the one who sets the circumstances!" "Let my sister rest for a moment!" Turok shouts back, "She's not in great condition... and I need some time to get my story straight anyways... There's a lot to talk about." Deimoria takes a good, long look at Karla and her current condition. She seems greatly fatigued, on top of suffering from being lashed and cut open. With a reluctant yet strict voice, Deimoria answers, "Fine! But she stays on the torture table, and you only have until I say so."

Deimoria crosses her arms as she looks to the ground, not hearing a response from Turok. That sick yet wild feeling of twisted pleasure and satisfaction seems to have faded; Deimoria returns to her usual feeling self. The room feels surprisingly quiet for being so loud and angry just moments prior. Demorlia suddenly takes a noticable step towards her twin and speaks up again, breaking this odd silence, "Well that seems to have worked out surprisingly well. You displayed a rather interesting si-" "Shut up," Deimoria firmly cuts her off, "I don't want to hear anything else from you unless you start explaining yourself for your earlier behavior." Demorlia tries to display a foolish looking smile on her stupid face but Deimoria's glare remains unmoved. She is not at all in the mood for dealing with her twin.

    Default Re: Northland Iceland

Niea's eyes slowly crack open as she enters the waking world from a dreamless sleep. She doesn't remember falling asleep nor much of the day before in general. Most of her days lately have been more of the same, making them so very unmemorable. All Niea does now is just sleep all day while occasionally waking and feeling awful, either through her nauseous stomach, her spinning head, or just being weak in general; it's so very terrible. Niea hates being sick more than anything. Why she ventured this far north is beyond her... A sudden reminder attempts to slip into her mind but Niea shakes it away; it's best not to think about it.

The young Dark Elf feels the urge to get up and stretch while also making answer to a very demanding stomach. Thinking about it, Niea's not sure when she last ate; her stomach is certainly in quite the uproar with its growling. Niea gets up slowly, moving gently at her own pace. She can feel her head hurt a little bit as she starts to move, but it seems to be nothing more than a light headache. Niea starts to stretch her arms and legs but then she abruptly freezes as she's hit by a sudden realization. After taking a moment to truly focus on how her body actually feels, Niea finds that she feels... fine. Outside of the minor headache and a slight weakness from hunger, there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with her at all. A sudden burst of excitement takes over the teenage Dark Elf as a bright smile briefly forms on her face. Is she finally cured from this illness?

Niea decides to walk around to put herself to the test. She leaves the Lair and heads straight for the Hatchery to finally stop the growling of her stomach. Upon entering the Hatchery, Niea quickly grabs a chicken wandering by the entrance and proceeds to force it down. Normally she would eat at a steadier and more graceful pace to also match her smaller framework, but this time is an extension. As hungry as she felt back in the Lair, Niea's craving for food jumped dramatically the moment she stepped into the Hatchery. Gobbling down chickens like never before, Niea can't help but feel like she's been starving herself; maybe she has been given that she hasn't left the Lair in who knows how long.

After a prolonged eating session, Niea finally satisfies her hunger. Her stomach aches a bit after overeating, but otherwise, Niea feels perfectly fine. The Dark Elf smiles blissfully to herself, knowing that she's finally of better health. Now, she can get back to work and start making some actual gold. Niea seems to recall Tesonu having some special orders for both herself and Zukia. As she heads back to the Lair to retrieve her crossbow, Niea wonders what kind of orders he has in mind: assassination work, most likely. Niea also wonders where Zukia wondered off to while she was recovering from her illness.

Niea arrives again at her Lair, then she starts to look around for where she placed her crossbow. Remembering how she got sick from that one Tentacle's Blizzard Bomb and passed out in the Guard Room, Niea realizes that it was probably an Imp that placed it somewhere around her Lair, which is why she can't remember herself where it is. Finally, she finds it laying against the tree that towers over her mattress bed as a part of her Lair. It was placed on the side of the tree that is opposite to the mattress bed, which is why Niea didn't notice it immediately as it was far out of her view; such is an odd place to put it; Imps are so stupid.

A ghostly figure suddenly comes out from the stump of the tree and approaches Niea, getting uncomfortably close and causing her to jump and fall back. The figure floats just in front of the tree, allowing Niea to take in its details. Niea recognizes him quickly as a Dark Elf spirit: the man who raised her. He looks to be an ordinary Dark Elf with painfully simple if fairly worn clothing; it's a choice he taught her to make as it avoids any real attention being drawn to them. Niea is not at all happy to see her mentor's spirit return to her. She dislikes his constant pestering and the only time she managed to break away from him for a while, he returned right around the time Niea learned of... her.

"I know more about you than you might think... You are like me... And I am like you... We were raised by the same man!"

Niea wanted to forget her, the Goblin girl known as Electra, but no matter how hard she tries, the terrible memories of their encounter back in Red Crystal Islands always comes creeping back in. Electra had single-handedly flipped Niea's entire life as a simple mercenary assassin upside-down. Somehow, Electra knows about her; she knows that Niea is an orphan mute raised to be a killer by a man whose name she doesn't even know nor how he suddenly died. Apparently, in that way, Electra is the same as Niea. Niea questioned her mentor, but at that moment of fate, he abandoned her and left her to die at the hands of Electra.

After everything, especially their last encounter, Niea is not at all happy to see her fallen mentor. Yet still, he greets her in the warmest voice he's ever given her. With a dark and grim tone, if with ghostly and echoey voice, he speaks, "Hello Niea." By projecting her thoughts and thinking aloud, Niea replies in a way that only he can hear, "You again... I do not wish to speak to you! Go away!" Niea crosses her arms and turns away from him, but the spirit persists by flying in front of her face, "You are still mad that I did not tell you about Electra?" "You just left me back there! How could I not be mad!?" Niea 'shouts' back. "You were in no real danger," he replies simply.

Anger boils up from deep within Niea as she recalls her truly terrifying experience of being so close to death, "She planned to torture me to death just for fun! She's crazy!!" Her mentor eyes Niea carefully before replying, "You do not understand her as I do. She is complicated, but she would never severely hurt you." Niea lowers her eyes in a glare, "I don't believe you." The man merely closes his eyes as if thinking about something; it's almost like he's ignoring her even! Niea can feel herself getting more annoyed by the second.

"What do you even want?" Niea questions angrily, "Did you just come here to bring back my memory of Electra?" "Look... just listen for a moment..." he says. Niea firmly replies "I don't want to listen to you." Niea turns away once again, but her mentor prattles on regardless, "I've been thinking about this for some time, and I think it's about time I tell you this: for your own safety." Niea snorts, "I'm old enough to take care of myself." "Th...is isn't ab...out th...at!" the man insists, raising his voice a bit. Niea finally turns back to him and, with a glare and strict tone, replies, "Perhaps you don't understand what I'm getting at. I don't need nor do I want your help."

Seemingly a bit frustrated, Niea's mentor crosses his arms, "Th...is is not li...ke anything be...fore." "I don't care!" Niea shouts back, suddenly feeling a wild burst of emotion rise to the surface of her heart, "I'm done with you and I'm done with what you have to teach me! You've never been able to teach me anything useful outside of how to kill for gold. That's not what I want!" "Wh...at are you ta...lking about?" Niea looks away, not wanting to look at her mentor. She suddenly realizes her heart is pounding against her chest as she feels so tense with all sorts of emotions taking control. She notices that her eyes are watering even, distorting her vision a bit.

After a pause, Niea answers much more quietly, "I just... want someone who is... 'passionate' about me... You've taught me how to live, but you never... seemed to care that much about me. Whenever I tried to get close... you would always push me away..." A sudden, unsettling silence creeps into the room. The man stares at Niea for a long while before he finally answers weakly, his voice seeming to fade even, "For wh...at I did... fo...r the sins th...at I ha...ve com...mitted... I felt my...self obligated t...o at least take ca...re of you and tea...ch you how to live: to lo...ok after you ev...en now. But after wh...at I did, the...re is no way I cou...ld ever let you lo...ok at me in any plea...sant light. I do not... des...erve it..."

Staring at the floor of the Lair, Niea speaks up again, "Now... I think I finally found that person... I've made... a friend..." There is another long pause before the man hesitantly asks, "...Wh...at i...s h...er na...me..." Niea's not sure why her mentor is speaking so, with his voice fading in and out like it is, but she decides to answer him first before asking, "Zukia." "Wh...at!?" he snaps. With a bit of glare, Niea finally asks, "What is wrong with you?" He tries to answer, but his voice keeps fading in and out, cutting off his words now, "Y...u do...'t ...nder...and... S... d...ge...s..." "What? I don't understand; what's wrong with your voice!?" Niea asks again.

Niea suddenly realizes that her mentor's spirit appears to becoming fainter; her connection to him is drastically weakening. He keeps trying to tell her something, but she can't quite understand it, "F...d ...tra... f... ...ro...ion... St... a...ay... fr... ...u...a..." Becoming quite frantic, Niea asks in a panicked tone, "What is it!? What's going on!?" Her mentor puts his hands over his chest as a light seems to shine from within as his entire figure seems to disappear. He blinks out for a moment, then reappears only for the light to shine a brighter, bluer color. The light grows and quickly consumes the spirit's entirety before suddenly shrinking back down into nothingness. Niea's mentor vanished.

Niea looks left and right, all around the room, but she finds no sign of her mentor anywhere. Where had he gone? No... he didn't go anywhere... Something happened, but Niea doesn't know what. Some kind of power had come and destroyed his spirit, preventing him from delivering some kind of message... for some reason... Niea isn't sure who would do such nor why. Nobody, outside of Electra, knows her at all... unless that is exactly who it is...

Niea swallows nervously. Could it be that Electra is hunting her and finally disclosed her location? Niea doesn't want to think about it... Maybe she should leave again... Maybe she should take Zukia and find some place where Electra wouldn't go. But what place is there? She's all the way north and it is freezing cold up here. There is no place worse than this. She doesn't want to keep moving around all the time either. She wants to settle down somewhere... have a consistent Keeper at least...

Niea suddenly jumps as she remembers something. Tesonu had orders for her, and yet she's been standing around the Lair doing what appears to be nothing to everyone else. Maybe she should worry about things after completing her task... That seems best. Taking deep breaths to try and calm herself, Niea checks her gear to make sure she has everything. She wipes her face with her hand to clear it of any tears then hastily makes her way over to the Heart Chamber.

Upon entering, Niea is surprised by four rather unfamiliar faces of those also occupying the Heart Chamber: a young if pale looking female Dark Elf, a Maiden of the Nest with an excessive amount of accessories on her, a second Maiden with a set of robes on, and an elegant looking Witch of some kind that appears shorter than Niea even. Niea wonders to herself why everyone is crowded around the Dungeon Heart for; not that she can ask them or anything. Niea looks up at the Dungeon Heart, hoping Tesonu notices her so she doesn't need to interact with him strangely in front of everyone else.

    Keeper Tesonu

    I'm back. Ag-

"Huh!? What is it mother!? I wasn't looking at the Torture Chambers ag... oh it's just you."

    ...Again.

The two entities stare at each other with squinty, metaphorical eyes.

    Soooo...

    "Your face."

    "Keeper Tesonu."

"Oh crap, what the hell was that!?"

"I am John and I offer my services to your cause until you decide to terminate my contract. Until instructed otherwise, I will train."

Tesonu stares at the speaker: a bulky as hell Black Knight standing before his Dungeon Heart. It takes Tesonu a moment to realize why he's standing there and what he's saying.

...oh right, I'm one of them Keepers... I get Creatures through this Portal thingy and they introduce themselves to me... I guess I've been asleep for a lot longer than I thought... How old am I?

"Well then, John... You go just keep doing that."

"Is that it then? Can I go back to bed?"

    "Keeper Tesonu."

    "Oh god damn it."

"I have finally recovered from the sleep spell. I have returned for duty and I await your command."

    "Oh, it's Zael... a hottie."

"Well Zael, you can start b-"

    Suddenly a fatass walks in.

"I am Groogo. I can research well, do not mistake Groo- me as a common Bile Demon... Not anymore. I work for you now, Keeper Tesonu."

"That's... nice. You can go build stuff in the Workshop or practice professional farting in the Training Room."

Something about that last part seems a bit strange.

"Well... Zael, now that you're back in my services, I would love to first request showing me-"

    "Greetings Keeper Tesonu!"

    "I... I don't even."

Tesonu stares at the chest of the newly entering and speaking Maiden of the Nest. Like all of his Maidens, she has excessively large and wonderous breasts.

"It is I, Mage Maiden Pamela, the glorious beauty and magical prodigy, Archmage Pamela! It has come to my attention that I have been left without direct orders, and thus, am currently granted freedom of personal choice. I just decided to stroll on by to confirm if that is indeed what you wish. Just say the word, and I shall head on over to the Library to pick up some books!"

    "...Mmm... boobies..."

A PRIESTESS / WITCH HAS ENTERED YOUR DUNGEON.

"Oh god, what's that noise!? Oh, right, Informant message... What kind of introduction is that?"

I just read what's on the résumé. Don't look at me.

"Well it sucked. Where was my warning for all the other Creatures anyways?"

    Uuuuugghh... busy.

"Well god damn it, you're useless. Go back to being tortured by Carl."

"Keeper Tesonu... I am Talisma, Priestess of the Void. I can channel my magic to serve as a Healer, or I can flip my magic to become a Witch of malice and curses. I hope to serve you well. Thank you kindly for your precious time."

    "So... many... womens..."

    She's thirteen.

"Who cares? Technically every woman in the dungeon is too young for me. Except for like, Valira, or maybe that one Maiden of the Nest who was here briefly, but even she's still quite young for me. What difference is a few years at this point? I'd still hit it... if I had something to hit it with. God damn it, I need a vessel."

    I could be your vessel.

"I don't want to go inside you! Screw you!"

    :(

"I... just realize I have all these women of all flavors in my Heart Chamber aka bedroom. This is hot."

"Alright ladies. First order of business is to strip down. We're going to have a massive orgy, here and now."

Shouldn't you be doing more important things?

"Who are you, my mother? I want to have my fun, damn it."

    Keeper.

    "Oh fine, whatever."

"Alright well then... Zael, you can go research, train, or do whatever you want. Pamela... actually screw it. All of you can go train or research or whatever."

Niea suddenly walks into the Heart Chamber. Tesonu waits for her to speak but then he remembers that Zukia told him she can't talk.

"Oh, Niea. Zukia went ahead to perform the mission I had for you two since you were sick. You can go do whatever. Research, manufacture, train... get naked... please."

    *facepalm*

"You try going more than fifty years without sex. Don't judge me."

I'm older than you and I've never had sex.

"Well no wonder you suck so much. You don't know what you're missing."

    I... urgh...

    );

"Alright now all of you can just get the hell out of my Heart Chamber to perform your duties unless you wish to stay to have a little 'fun'. Otherwise, I'm napping."

    "Now then..."

    Keeper.

    "Oh what now?"

The Imps and their escorts have finally returned and finished mining out the gold.

    "Have they now?"

Yes. Also, they've wiped out all the Tentacles blocking their path on the way. Six that were close by the main dungeon and another six that were wandering in the water that tried to ambush them on their way back.

"Huh, interesting. So between the Tentacle army that attacked my dungeon and the one that attacked Hannibal's, assuming they didn't leave anyone behind in those two attacks, there's only... seven Tentacles left in their entire population: those six Tentacles that are wandering on the edges of my dungeon and Terrance."

"Well then, I best wipe out those remaining six to avoid them repopulating and attempting revenge at a later date. I doubt they'll ever be a problem but there's no point in letting that remain a possibility. I'll have to figure out what to do with Terrence though. I might be forced to execute him if he still holds this against me... maybe I could blame Hannibal."

Tesonu then turns his attention to the entirety of his dungeon.

    "Creatures!"

"I have another small volunteer mission for those seeking a little... distraction. I need a few melee fighters and spell castors, maybe one healer. Not too many now as I do not wish to overcommit on dealing with this small threat. Anyone extra can participate in a little arena match, perhaps."

"Those returning from the Imp Escort mission, you may rest before resuming any previous orders or doing general tasks."

    "That is all!"

"Hm... I wonder if I can use some of this gold to rebuild part of the Casino. Nah... Why the hell would I want to do that!? #FuckRogues!"

Wasn't Baku asking for some food?

    "Huh? Was he?"

    Let me replay the message...

"Mind sparin' an Orc some chickens? I ain't about to leave my post so some big shot Rogue can pop in and start, uh, rogueing."

    "Oh, sure, whatever."

Tesonu picks up three chickens and drops them on Baku.

"Speaking of Orcs, I should probably feed Arnold too. He's looking a bit bony. I might need him for something eventually."

Tesonu drops three chickens on Arnold as well.
