The readme doesn't make it clear what specific resolutions KeeperFX supports, other than the "standard modes" (320x200x8, 320x240x8, 512x384x8, 640x400x8, 640x480x8, 800x600x8, 1024x768x8, 1280x1024x8, 1600x1200x8). I've got a widescreen monitor and haven't been able to find a widescreen resolution that works, though the readme suggests that there should be some.

Has anyone found a widescreen resolution that works for them? Does KeeperFX support bit depths greater than 8 so that my second monitor doesn't get color-distorted?

It seems there ought to be an actual list of resolutions which KeeperFX supports; just because my video drivers might support 1000x200x7 doesn't mean it's going to make any sense to KeeperFX. :D

Currently only 8-bit colour is supported.

Menu resolution can't be smaller than 640x480; other resolutions can't be smaller than 320x200.

Try your desktop properties to find supported resolution; going too high over 640x400 will make the game unstable.

Ah, I think I figured out what the problem was — 1920x1080x8 was working, I just couldn't tell the difference! :D

I removed all the other options from INGAME_RES and everything seems to be fine now. Thanks for the help!

At 1920x1080 your ingame menu should be 3 times smaller than normal, so if it doesn't look any different than normal I think you're still running 640x480/400. ;)
