I need ideas for campaign events for a Dungeon Keeper-themed tabletop RPG.

I'm running a Dungeon Keeper RPG on roll20 (nothing to do with my Important Details system or here). Link here (http://dungeonoverlords.wikispaces.com/ ) if you're curious. Anyway, players will be acting as dungeon keepers and part of the game involves dealing with issues that come up in your dungeon. Examples include: Your minions are on strike, a plague has struck your minions, your dungeon is filled with yogurt, etc... It could also be a new dungeon keeper or some heroes or villains raiding your dungeon, or discovering an enemy dungeon, or discovering a new settlement or meeting new creatures. Also could involve challenges and such.

What I'm looking for from you guys is ideas as to what else could cause problems or create opportunities for dungeon keepers. Suggestions?

The lack of a proper bathroom. Being granted only about a minute of sleep before being forced awake. The lack of bathing. Seriously, that can ruin any stealth mission. (unless enemy Keepers are equally dirty, but then there's the Heroes...)

Also, you didn't link properly.
