Hi everyone!

After a years of playing DK2 I've decided to bring a little more fun (or "cheat", as you like) to the game and simplify some ingame things by hex-editing of dkii.exe.

On different sites I've found hexadecimal offsets, that change, for example, basic amount of imps (4 -> 16), max level that creatures can get at the arena (8 ->10), max inflow of mana (500 -> 32k) etc.

I have next versions of DK2: original 1.3, russian cracked 1.3 and the GOG version.

The problem is that this offsets applicable only to russian cracked v1.3, but not to all others.

Searching of the same bytes at different adresses gives no result.

Can you give an advice how to edit dkii.exe of the GOG-version, for example? Maybe some manual or editor. Thanks!

P.S. Sorry for my bad English.

You probably have to decrypt the EXE file with UnSafeDisc.

I could take a look. I'll need the executables and the offsets.

Conversion complete, but untested.

Modifications to KeeperSpells.kwd were unnecessary.
These should work for 1.70 and 1.70 GOG.

It works! Two hours of skirmish without any bug. That's awesome, man, thank you so much ;))
