I bought the gog version and...keeper fx work but without music

i heared that i must use te daemon tool because keeperfx think what i have the cd if i use this tool

so and i must find now the dungeon keeper cd image to use this



where is the CD-IMAGE by the gog version?

This is the easiest way: https://keeperklan.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=112

Copy the music files from your GOG release, or download them via the link above, put them in a /music subfolder of keeperfx and launch the game with the "-nocd" parameter in the shortcut.

I still don't understand why this isn't implemented yet in KeeperFX.

changing the code from reading the CD to reading a folder shouldn't be that hard isn't it?

I don't see the added benefit,... right now you can have the (virtual) cd in the drive and the music will play. If you don't want to have the cd always in the drive/mounted, you could simply copy the music to the keeperfx/music folder and it will work.
You can play the game without having the cd in the drive.

So why do you want to have the music on another folder then keeperfx\music?

The only improvement I do see is to include the music files in the installation package. I do not know the reason why Mefisto does not want to include the files, but it isn't any more work, so I assume it is a rights thing.
