Hello, and welcome to my third creation of an original Dungeon Keeper 2 Campaign!

Don't worry, this does not mean I'm abandoning my other campaigns, this is just a side project to work on while taking a break from my other campaigns.



Key Notes For This Campaign!


This campaign will include an original story along with main and side objectives! (To know what your objectives are, they will be posted here with each level and their own narrative.)
Each level will be 100% unique, never before seen in my previous campaigns or the official campaign.
You are extremely encouraged to explore each level thoroughly, as there are many secrets in each level! You will be handsomely rewarded for your exploration. :)
There are now never before seen 'Captains' with a unique look from their goodly heroes look alike! Most Strongholds, garrisons, and outposts will have at least one Captain that will be essential to kill in order to overtake or complete objectives, in most cases.
But be warned! For in most cases, killing a Captain, or claiming an outpost will not go unnoticed! For Hero parties will be sent to destroy you as a repercussion of your actions!
I will try to add a new level every 1-2 weeks, sometimes sooner, sometimes later. As of now, there are two very polished, complete levels. The second one will take you around 2-5 hours to complete.
If you care about the story of this campaign, it is a sequel to the official Dungeon Keeper 2 campaign.
The realm now contains provinces, I'm unsure how many there will be, guess it depends on how many levels I decide to create. :D
This campaign will not be including the spell 'possession' in ANY levels due to how overpowered it is, making the game incredibly easy and dull. (May decide to include it later after making changes to it...)
This campaign, like my others, is meant for those who think the official campaign is far too easy. This campaign will be very hard, challenging, and fun!
This campaign will be using its own balance patch that I personally created. Balance changes to things such as, but not limited to: Keeper Spells, Room Costs, Creature Spells, Creature Abilities, Multiple Level Variables, and more.
The Campaign will be released in episodic order, ranging from Episode 1-5. Each will contain a minimal of 5 unique levels!
There will be a dedicated 'Update' list informing players changes made to each respective level, located at the bottom of this post.
A first-ever use made campaign with voice acting is planned to be added to each level! If all goes well during testing, the campaign will include Voice Acting and Text descriptions for objectives, goals, warnings, and more! (This is planned to be implemented shortly after Episode I is out.)





Story:

"The one Keeper that was to save us from goodly heroes, has failed. After claiming all the portal gems and seeking to go to the overworld, he was stopped and killed by King Reginal himself.
After the fall of the chosen one, the goodly heroes set a goal of eliminating the remaining Keepers from the realm, and so they did... except for one..."





The Forgotten One




Level One: Cedric's Hold

Story:

"Hello, Keeper... You are the only known Keeper that remains in this realm... You are surrounded by goodly foes and have nowhere to go... So are you going to keep hiding, or avenge your fallen brethren, and achieve what the chosen one good not?
It's been centuries and all you've done is hid and survived, I think it's time you came out to play... Now is the perfect time to strike! Since you are conveniently placed and located in Cedric's Hold province, you can make your first move!
Cedric has abandoned this province, letting his forts and outposts decay, pulling out troops due to the lack of Keepers existing and all... Kill the essential captains in this province, so that we may move onward to his castle, and then release his grip from these lands for our own use."


Main Objective:

Kill Cedric's five designated Captains, and eliminate any careless heroes that attempt to get in your way! I recommend eliminating his first two Captains to the south...

Side Objective:

Locate lost creatures of a former Keeper brother that have been wandering aimlessly for centuries.

There are a total of 3 secrets.




Level Two: Cedric's Castle

Story:

"Hello, Keeper... Now that you've eliminated Cedric's forces in his forward hold, we can march straight to his castle and kill him, his sons, and his remaining forces!
However, we will need to claim his graveyard and prison if we are going to truly end his reign of rule within his two provinces..."


Main Objective:

Kill Cedric's Captains guarding his graveyard and prisons, claim them, and raise an army of the dead to overrun his castle to kill him and his sons!

Side Objective:

Find a lost workshop in this province, as it may have supplies to help defend against Cedric's waves of heroes!
Our scouts have reported a second portal to the south, find it and claim it from the goodly heroes to help overthrow Cedric's forces!
Our scouts have also reported sightings of an Elite Dark angel working for the goodly heroes... find him and kill him if you can, as he can only be trouble in the future... (Hint: You will be rewarded for completing this objective...)

There are a total of 3 secrets.




Level Three: The Loyalist And The Cowardly Lord

Story:

"Hello, Keeper... Now that you've eliminated the goodly lord Cedric and his Sons, and claimed both of his provinces he once owned, we can travel to the bordering province once owned by a rival keeper...
Although the keeper has long been defeated by the Lord of the Land whose name is unknown, he still has creatures that remain loyal to their dead keeper. Use your newly acquired graveyard and prison to kill the loyal creatures of a former keeper, and claim a much-needed room in order to kill the cowardly Lord that hides in his castle. Doing this will free this land of any unwanted problems, and give us free rein of a gold enriched province, much that we will need to fund our newly started conquest! But be warned, Keeper, for the more gold you add to your vaults, the more likely thieving thieves will be eager to take it from you..."


Main Objective:

Kill off what's left of the former Keeper forces, and then take their combat pit for your own use.
Once you've acquired the combat pit, storm the Cowardly Lord's castle and slay him where he weeps.

Side Objective:

Find an old casino the heroes claimed from the former keeper, claim it for your own, and bolster your forces with rouges.

There are a total of 2 secrets.





Level Four: A Distraughtful Encounter

Story:

"Keeper! Your scouts have discovered three other Keepers that are alive... But they are under the control of the goodly heroes... Kill the heroes and they're pet Keepers, they do not deserve to remain in this realm.
They are a disgrace to their kind, show no mercy. "


Main Objective:

Kill off the three pet Keepers along with the hero captains that give them orders. I suggest you start with the weakest, Vilihame (Blue).
Be wary though keeper, for we do not know the outcome once we kill their pet Keepers...

Side Objective:

Eliminate the two hero fortress to prevent them from aiding their pet Keepers.
One of the Wizards in the main Fortress may have a powerful spell we can use in our aid against the Keepers...

There are a total of 3 secrets.




Level Five: Purge & Fire

Story:

"If you recall Keeper when we invaded and killed Lord Cedric, he had unruly Dark Angels secretively working under him. We are now brought to a Dark Angel keep that is housed next to a Grand Castle of two lords of this land.
We must eliminate this threat before they threaten our very existence. We can not allow the goodly forces to use the dark angels against us! Kill all goodly forces in this realm so we may get back on course to our main objective, claiming this realm for ourselves, to which we shall lead a massive army to claim the bordering realms!"


Main Objective:

Lay waste to the outer defenses of the grand castle, once you've eliminated their outer defense, breach the gates and kill its protectors. You must then locate the lords and their son's keeper, giving them a swift death before you are overwhelmed! Be warned keeper, this will not be an easy task, you may yet face the most difficult objective thus far...

Side Objective:

Eliminate the dark angel keep before we lay siege to the two lords of the land... or face unforeseen consequences, keeper.

There are a total of 3 secrets & more? ;).





Level Six: Retribution

Story:

"After removing the Dark Angel threat, we now must extinguish another battalion of creatures turned by the goodly lord Michael. These battalions are controlled by Michael and his three sons, once we eliminate the sons, the Lord of the Land will surely come to avenge his young princes'.
Once we have disposed of these ill-goodly heroes, we shall move on to bordering territory where our scouts report another keeper that is still alive but under the control of the heroes... We shall try and release him, in due time. For now, slay Lord Michael and his sons!"


Main Objective:

We must locate and kill the three princes' to force the Lord of the Land to reveal himself. Be wary though, keeper, for once you kill the Lord's sons I'm sure any remaining lieutenants of the sons will pursue you, I advise you kill them before you draw out the Lord of the Land.
Two of the princes are twins, and once you attack one, both will attack you with all their available forces, ensuring you are capable of taking them head-on, keeper.
The last prince will be isolated, now taking ownership of a fallen keeper's base that did not obey the orders of the goodly heroes. You shall be warned, however, keeper, although he is isolated, his elite guard is protecting him well.

Side Objective:

Kill all of the princes' lieutenants before slaughtering the princes themselves, or else face dire consequences later on.
Locate the hidden gem to secure our ongoing battle without payment problems for your creatures...

There are a total of 5 secrets.




Secret Level (1): Defiant One

Story:

"Hello, Defiant One. It appears you are in need of help as you are on the pinnacle of being broken by your captures, the goodly heroes. Since you defy to take orders from your new masters, you should break out of your confinement and once again be free. To do so you must survive the waves of horror, and then kill the puppet master to free yourself. Who knows, if you successfully make it out of this one alive you may find a new ally known as the Forgotten One..."


Main Objective:

Survive the waves of onslaught from the heroes that seek your demise. If you are still alive by the end, take the fight to the Lord of the Land that runs this encampment, slay him, and seek out the last remaining free keeper.

Side Objective:

Prepare to die, a lot.

There are a total of ?? secrets.





UPDATES:


Level One:

Update 1.1:



Added a new Captain in the south fort.
Added a hero party to accompany the Wizard Captain in the south fort.
Increased multiple hero levels in some hero parties and around the map for a better difficulty curve.
Fixed some triggers not properly working.
Lower cost of Wooden Doors - will be like this for all current levels and future ones.
Buffed Wizards with heal spell and more.
Minor terrain changes.
Thunderbolt and Heal have proper cooldowns now.
Lots of other minor changes and fixes, future updates are planned.


Update 1.2:



South Hero party will spawn eventually, even if you ignore their crumbled fortress in the beginning and attack others.
Minor changes to triggers in the centered hero garrisons for that specific hero party.
Buffed the lonely heroes in the isolated hideout.
Removed excessive gold across the map.
Tweaked a few hero levels.
Smarter AI changes were made for heroes in the South Fort.


Update 1.3:



Added two new hero parties.
Changed location for some hero parties.
Added a new patrol around the northern keep.
Added a few more gold seams.
Added a threat response to the lieutenant dwarf.
Other minor changes.







Level Two:

Update 1.1:



Buffed the majority of hero parties.
Fixed many hero parties not properly spawning.
Gave every hero leader their proper leader texture.
Increased a lot of hero levels for a better difficulty curve.
Fixed pathing problems with some hero parties. (hopefully)
Added special effects to the hidden cemetery.
Minor terrain changes.
Thunderbolt and Heal have proper cooldowns now.
Lots of other minor changes and fixes, future updates are planned.


Update 1.2: (MAJOR UPDATE!!)



Added several new rooms and tiles to the enormously good castle.
Added a hero party that attacks the player for breaching the castle.
Lord of The Land now attacks once his three sons are dead.
The level properly ends now.
Added parties that protect the princes until they're dead. (For two of them...:))
Each son now reacts in a unique way when attacked.
The overall difficulty has been significantly increased!
Removed secret level. (To be added in future level)
Lots of other minor changes and fixes, future updates are planned.


Update 1.3:



Fixed a major crash bug - had to remove two specific hero rooms to fix this. (no idea why it caused the crashing...)


Update 1.42:



Fixed Lord of the Land party not spawning.
Added four new parties that spawn when the Lord of the Land joins the fray.
The player now has 10 minutes of reprieve after killing the three sons before Cedric comes with his new final elite force.







Level Three:

Update 1.1:

Special Thanks to Quuz for implementing the following changes! (Currently only applied to 1.7!!!)



Stone Knights now have the invulnerability spell.
Blue Keeper now has AI! Making blue somewhat intelligent and much more challenging.
Goodly Lord's Castle has had minor terrain improvements.
Two additional mana vaults have been added.
Hero 'traps' have been added to attempts at claiming hero portals.
Blue Keeper now has a 'Commander' that must be killed.
Lots of other minor changes and fixes, future updates are planned.








Level Five:

Update 1.1:



Relocated both 2x2 hero portals in the hero fortress.
Added several new hero parties.
Increased difficulty across multiple hero parties.
Both 2x2 hero portals in the hero fortress are much harder to conquer.
Killing both lords of the lands has become much more difficult if not killed quickly when attacked.
Buffed the early hero parties to be more of a threat.







Level Six:

Update 1.1:



Increased overall difficulty.
Buffed early and later parties.
Northen Hero Keep hero levels have been increased, along with respective hero parties.
Removed first cinematic.
Minor terrain changes.
Increased Lts. levels and guard protection.
Other difficulty increases.

Note: To play the levels you must use the command line to launch the levels. Level One would go like this: "-q -level TFO1" Place this at the end of the command line for your DK2 launcher. Do this without the quotes. To play the other levels do the same thing except change the number to your desired level.

Here's an example of how to launch level one. You can only do this via a shortcut of your DK2 launcher. To bring up this window just right-click, and scroll down to 'Properties'.

Please provide feedback with any problems encountered, or if a specific level is simply unbeatable.
If players are struggling to beat a specific map, I will add hints on this post to the respective level.

Played the first level for an hour or so. I was pretty happy with my progress until I found the reveal map special lol.

Managed to make some headway to the northwest and fended off a hero party from the southwest after venturing accross the bridge.

The 10 things in hand limit is pretty annoying - I keep mistaking when I have a full hand with when I can't pick up more creatures because they're unconscious.

I think I'm going to run out of gold before I manage to eliminate the southwest stronghold at this rate.

I also found that imps are unusually stupid, standing idle next to a highlighted earth tile until I drop them next to it

Will keep going with it though, it's an interesting level, thanks!

The 10 object limit is meant to increase overall difficulty. Prevents the player from spamming dropping creatures, making it more micro-intensive compared to vanilla balance.

The Imp AI might be a side-effect of 1.7 GIM. Which version are you playing on?

Glad you're enjoying it! I haven't touched my maps in months but been thinking about revisiting them.

Level 4 of TFO is now available!! Use the same download link to try it out! Also, update on level 5 of TFO. I've had it sitting around 80% completion for months now, but encountered a game breaking bug that halted my progress on it, causing me to abandon it entirely.
I have successfully fixed, after encountering and learning how to fix bugs on my "Veteran Campaign" maps. So expect to see level 5 of TFO to be released, soon! And then followed by voice-acting for the levels! (maybe ;))

i played map1 map2 map3

to be honest:

in all maps there comes out of nowhere a big wave you basically can only win if you have insane traps and stuff

Just for example:
map3, at some point a wave of i think at least 15 rogues with level >= 9 join the party to kill you.
What the hell is that supposed to be?

I mean at that point i have like 9 vampires around lvl 5 or 6.

It wouldn't be the problem killing them, but you clearly cant, because the rogues vanish every 4sec for 3,5secs, making them nearly impossible to kill...
If you dont have any traps to help killing this wave you end up being dead. I mean come on.. this is just not fair...

Big waves are spawned based on your progress, such as killing captains or invading hero land.

The wave you are referring to on level 3 spawns when you claim the casino, which you should be able to handle.

And my levels are meant to not be fair. Only the best will survive and conquer :)

True thing, i restarted the level 3 and made a lot of spike traps, then it is easy peasy.
Great maps! I really loved all of em. Took me back in the good old days. Keep up the good work bro!

Thanks! I'm currently working on my Veteran Campaign again.

Also, best of luck on level 4 of TFO - I still haven't beaten it LOL

I'll make it more possible later down the road tho, probably around the same time I finish TFO level 5

In this kind of century, games are so realistic but when I saw this game I was very shocked to saw the graphics, sound, and other stuff. I think we should move on and make our future better not like by developing (https://www.youtube.com/) this kind of game which I think no one is going to play?

Hello, I'm not able to play the map TFO2...
TFO1 and TFO3 run greatly. I use Dungeon Keeper 2 v1.7 with GIM. I tried it with your 1.7 and later also with your 1.3 map-version. Both no success. Any ideas?

Hi there, does the map crash for you when you try to load it? I just tried loading it on 1.7 and on 1.5 GiM version and they both worked.
Tell me every detail that occurs for you, that way I can hopefully resolve it!

It appears when I start the game via Dungeon Keeper 2 Shortcut (commandline with "-q -level TFO2"). I see the normal loading screen and after that the game crashes. I see a black screen and all I can do is press ESC to get back to desktop where it shortly displays an error message "DKII.exe has stopped working."
When i try to start the game with "-q -level TFO1" or "-q -level TFO3" it works fine. Also just tried with TFO4, everything fine. But not with TFO2. The mapfiles are in the correct folder.

Ah, I think your problem may be having the line as "-q -level TFO2" when it should be -q -level "TFO2". I'm actually surprised you're able to load other levels via your method. You should try -q -level outside of the quotation marks and see if the game will load correctly. Also, all of the current public levels have been updated for TFO, I recommend redownloading it and replacing your current TFO levels with the newly updated ones!

I've done everything you said but it still crashes. Maybe it has something to do with GIM... With GIM you often get crashes when you have your mouse over an enemy finalhero, in any case in the last missions of the normal game. There are also crashproblems with the dark angel which I couldn't encounter yet.
Maybe in your 2nd mission is something that GIM doesn't like.

Maybe in your 2nd mission is something that GIM doesn't like.

You're right, the problem is related to GiM specifically. I've been able to isolate the problem, it's not because of dark angels, (which are on level two of TFO) it's because I used effect generators on level two, which I have removed entirely. It now should work on 1.7 GiM AND 1.5 GiM.
Please re-download again for this fix, it now should work!

Hello again.

I've just beaten the 2nd Level. But:


4. The level properly ends now.

That didn't happen. I still can play AND the hero portal in the most upper left corner still spawns new enemies every few minutes although I've taken it over, taken every land and killed each hero.

Hello again as well. I fixed the hero party that continues to respawn after destroying the hero gate. As for the level not ending, did you kill all four sons and the lord of the land? If so, then it is bugged and I'll look into it when I revisit this campaign.
P.S. Did you kill the dark angel as well?

Thanks for fixing that for the future. As I said, I've done everything what could be done, dark angel's dead, build the temple, got both portals, got every graveyard, got the infinite goldmine, took over the whole land everywhere and every lord is dead. Which lord you mean with lord of the land? At the top middle in the castle?

EDIT: Ah, I found a trigger that was bugged, causing the lord of the land to not spawn after killing his sons. It is fixed now, sorry. You missed out on the biggest fight of the map

Damn, but thanks for the bugfixes. I hope the 3rd mission works fine.

Edit: Savegame still loads with the new version and the last wave with the lord spawns immediately. Nice.

Level 3 has had the most testing done, it should work as intended.

Easy, as in slaying him was easy to do? If so I can def make it harder :D

P.S. - Added four new parties that spawn after killing Cedric's sons. You also have 10 minutes of reprieve after you kill the sons before Cedric attacks with his final force.

Okay, now I am at the 3rd mission. It seems a little bit buggy with the portal at the blue keeper. The portal keeps disappearing when I attack the treasure room which is in the middle of the blue base. When the portal has disappeared, there are just rocks left where the portal was. I killed every unit from the blue keeper but going in or next to that treasure room, the portal keeps disappearing. I can't really say what is the trigger. I saved and loaded a lot. The portal has disappeared when it belonged to the blue keeper and it keeps disappearing when it belongs me. In my actual save game I captured the portal already and there is just the treasure chamber in the middle of the blue keeper left and also the door to the left and to the right. And I got the 5 extracreatures from the 2nd portal.

Edit: Ok, I don't think it's because of the treasure room, but when the fog of war at the right door of the treasure room disappears, the portal disappears too.

In my actual save game I captured the portal already and there is just the treasure chamber in the middle of the blue keeper left and also the door to the left and to the right. And I got the 5 extracreatures from the 2nd portal.

This is intentional, for the most part at least. There are triggers that will cause this to happen, such as your creatures being near or in the treasure room. You are actually not meant to capture the portal, but you managed to do so anyway XD. But it does sound like it is buggy, I'll take a more in-depth look at it later since it has no real negative impact, and nothing stood out at a glance.

Oh yeah, they spawn when you hold 80k gold or some figure like that lmao. If you ignore them they'll steal all your gold.

I was playing through mission 4 the other day, I killed blue and green, conquered the entire middle hero garrison, but noticed something I didn't like and fixed it in the editor causing my save to corrupt.
So I wasn't able to beat it, but not because the level is unbeatable, at least up to the point I played. I haven't felt replaying it yet, since I had over two hours of playtime on that save lol.
Right now I'm working on two new levels for TFO.

They shouldn't be invincible, only when they cast their invulnerable ability spell. Do they take no damage at all? They're also immune to keeper spells.

Each of them is on the half of their hitpoints but now they don't lose hitpoints anymore... My last Savepoint is crap. I just tried to separate one of them and attack him with all I have... 5 vampires, 8 dark elves, 3 rogues, 2 black knights, 7 warlocks, goblins and trolls. Tried about a few minutes but no damage taken on him.

I'm going to try to force them back right into the lava with wooden bridges over the lava. But the next wave of enemies is already spawning. Really hard situation there.

Hmm, I can increase the recharge time of the spell to see if that helps. Also, they're immune to lava as well :D

Okay, I managed to get ahead with changing things in TFO3 in the editor. I was able to go on ingame and saw the hero portal where the stone knights spawn. They are definitely spawned with a half health flower. But whatever you do, you can't get any damage on them in TFO3. In TFO2 I could kill them.

It sounds like you're using an older version of TFO3, or it's straight-up bugged. You can try replacing it with the current version that's available to download, however, it may corrupt your current save file tho.

P.S. I just updated all TFO files to the current versions I've been working on just in case the public versions were outdated.

Thanks! Newest version downloaded. Now it's working fine. Save still works with newest version. I asked myself how the invulnerability spell looks like when the stoneknights use it. Now I remember from the last mission. I'm pretty sure my old map versions were dated from 2021-06-19.

Managed to get ahead the 15 minutes but there are still enemies on the left, on the right and on the top plus the final lord... Not a chance. The late game of level 4 has not been tested, are you overwhelmed in-hero numbers too quickly? If so, around what time once the hero invasion starts?

'Has not been tested' doesn't sound good. I can't figure out what happened exactly when the game crashes... Most crashes happened in the loading screen when I reloaded the game while I already was in the game.
At the green keeper I broke a wall to get into a bedroom (the one with the sentry trap in the middle). There the game crashed. But it didn't happen twice.
Not crash but: The yellow keeper sometimes dropped his units into his walls where they could shoot out of but were invincible until I break it.
At the end I once tried to build spike traps directly at the hero portals, that caused the game crash.

I could manage the hero invasion until like minute 12 of 15 almost good but then they just overrun me from 2 sides... I won't replay this mission because it would take too long, but if I do then there is one thing I would change while playing. I just would let the enemies allow to attack me from one side. Now I have 3 openings. Too hard. But who could have known that they do a massive attack in the end.

Hmm odd random crashes, I'll look into it and see if anything stands out. I also broke into the same room and didn't have the two problems that you mentioned... sometimes dk2 just doesn't make sense.
And only I would know of the huge hero attack at the end :)
I'll modify hero parties that spawn around minutes 12-15 to make it feasible.

Like, missions 1,3 and 4 start normally with a little "cutscene" but mission 2 starts with the one half of my creatures defending, the other half already unconscious... heroes rushing my dungeon heart and that's it! I am so confused :(

Haha, this is intended! A cut scene plays after you kill the heroes on your land.
How you overcome the beginning is by immediately picking up all your creatures and place them behind the barricades and go from there.

On the first mission, you only get heal, (if I remember correctly). And you're not meant to get thunderbolt on the first level. For the secrets, it sounds like you simply missed one :P
For overcoming the start of level 2, don't forget you can drop your imps on your dungeon heart to get mana to use your spells!

Also, level 4 has been updated!

A couple of creatures survived and there were 2 magicians and 2 bow left and when they went for my dungeon heart I tried to drop my creatures the other way to lure them away from the heart... and all the sudden another knight appeared! (not sure if he came from the north or if he survived the attack and did not find his way)
Ok, so now I'll fine tune the order where I drop the creatures and hope for a big pile of luck. I feel a bit ashamed that it looks like I am the only one having a hard time here... but I have played DK2 since its release in 1999 so often, maybe I have developed bad manners or smth ^^

About the thunderbolt: you did not tell me if it is availble at mission 2 (on purpose?) but I guess it's not (then the start would be too easy, I think) so maybe you wanna edit the changelog about the thunderbolt cooldown for mission 1 and 2 to prevent future confusion about that? :)

btw: Great stuff, I love your missions! Keep on with the great work and I really hope the campaign will be finished some day in the near future :)

Glad you're enjoying it! You do have thunderbolt on level 2, you have to research it :)

If you ever get tired of TFO or beat it, feel free to try my veteran campaign, lot of similarities between the two!

Level 5 has been RELEASED!

After working on it for nearly a month on and off, I bring you to level five of the forgotten one campaign! I dumped about 30 hours in the released level, I would've had 3 other levels released alongside it, but after wasting over 20 hours to fix them from breaking on certain areas of each level I gave up.
Tragically the 3 unreleased levels would've roughly taken the average player 20+ hours to beat in total, but I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to fix them. Regardless, enjoy this functioning level, it is one of the most sophisticated levels I've created to date.

Feedback would be appreciated as this level has had almost no testing done aside from bug testing and functionality testing. It may be too difficult or too easy, hopefully neither.

P.S. this level only works with 1.7 and 1.5, along with GiM patch.

Make sure to read the first post to review the objective of the new level alongside its story.

The first party is triggered by your creature amount plus their levels. There are a few micro tricks you can do with imps to avoid fighting them head-on which helps a lot. The best way is to let your imps tank hero hits at your dungeon heart, or even the dungeon heart itself.

There are some ways to probably troubleshoot the issue. I only have access to 1.3 though, so how fast I can troubleshoot it will depend on whether the map will crash in 1.3 upon loading or not. I can take a look at it, but it'll be a little while before I get around to it as a warning. I want to finish the map I'm working on atm first, it's been a couple of weeks working on it I think.

Practically as soon as a I launch the game, The loading screen appears goes to load a tiny bit then just crashes to desktop.

Ok, that's normally an indication that your pathway is incorrect. Double-check your pathway and make sure the map is in your map folder, feel free to post a screenshot of your pathway in the property settings.
