    Keeper Tesonu

    Sees Arnold get knocked out.

Alright... now that that's taken care of... I'll need my Imps to carry him into the Prison.

Drops a single Imp who then flexes his muscles a bit before beginning to drag the massive Orc towards the Prison.

We may have won the battle, Creatures, but this is only just the beginning. That Orc was definitely set there to watch over my domain. I'm guessing he was supposed to regularly report back to Hannibal or the Heroes since Hannibal seems to be missing in action. If that's true... then we may have some problems when they discover that he hasn't reported back to them.

    Looks over the unconscious Verack.

And you all have this idiot to blame! He not only began a battle that led to many casualties, but he also damaged the lock on the Steel Door that he lock picked to escape!

    Slaps Verack.

    Verack! No Pay for you!

    IT IS PAYDAY!

...and you miss the next one.

You'll be spending some time in the Torture Chamber with a once psychic Fly called... Fly.

Picks up Verack and drops him in the Torture Chamber, then noticed the Prison is empty of all Creatures except for a Level 5 Tentacle and the Archer, Shaylum. Everyone else was dead.

    .............

    FLY!!!

You forgot to feed the Prisoners you stupid Fly! No Payday for you either!

    Slaps Ray upside the face.

And I still need you in the Torture Chamber to torture Verack!

Alright, I need some Imps to... why are my Imps sitting about idly?

    CARL!!

    Carl the : Yes sir?

Get these Imps in the Prison and take out the dead bodies there! Oh and get three of them to start mining some Gold from that Gem Rock.

    Carl the : Got it!
Carl the : *takes out a whip then begins to whip at the other Imps* You heard the man!

    What else... what else...

Admortis! Since you're a bit on the dumb side when it comes to holding a book, I need you to check that Steel Door in front of the Guard Room to make sure it isn't defective in any way. I don't trust that Rogue, Verack. He could have had sex with it.

Oh and you might want to clean yourself up. You look like sh*t, son.

    Casts Heal on Admortis.

Everybody else, get back to work on the Combat Pit! Black Knight Army Spam Tactics! GO!!

A DARK MISTRESS HAS ENTERED YOUR DUNGEON!

    Holy sh*t! Really?

    Yeah.

Kick ass! Welcome hotness. I know you may want to throw yourself into the Torture Chamber to begin using a whip to spank yourself in a kinky fashion for our entertainment... but I have other orders for you! I need Researchers, and I'd like you to-...oh, you're already doing that. I like a Creature with initiative!

    Looks over at Verack.

    ...Good initiative...

Alright then, keep doing what you're doing you sexy Creature you.

    Gives Yasidranagia a slap.

    * * * * *

    Important Actions:
Puts Verack into the Torture Chamber

Vision blurred, limbs like lead and a large pink mass in front of the goblin spelled out death for Admortis - a death he regretted embracing due to the continued oppression his clan would face on the world's surface. But it wasn't to be so, for Verrack, and then Flyrayas, distracted and defeated the orc. He was safe, albeit for the moment.

Mind drifting, Admortis instead found himself awaiting unconsciousness, however that wasn't to be so, either. He had been granted another task from Tesonu, and it was his obligation to perform it. This new sense of purpose gave him strength, but he doubted it would be enough.

Thankfully, he didn't need to consider how he would complete his charge whilst restricted to the ground, as Tesonu saw fit to heal him. Immediately, Admortis felt a quivering in his left thigh as the bone beneath it, which he now realized must have been fractured, began to move about and join together, healing itself with an intense itching sensation persisting as it did so. The magic did not end there, however, as he felt his limbs become steadily lighter, his heart beat stronger and his mind feel rejuvenated, now able to once again focus on singular thoughts. What's more, his right shoulder, which hadn't stopped throbbing since he had wounded it was finally silent.

Body and soul healed, Admortis stood to feel one of the most gratifying experiences of his life, his muscles stretching so pleasantly he was in borderline ecstasy. But he had a task, and a task he would perform.

Collecting his shield from just outside the hallway and his sword, which he had dropped during Verrack and Arnold's engagement, Admortis approached the steel door in question. The metal surface was smooth, clearly well crafted and did not appear to have any weaknesses. Similarly, the locking mechanism appeared to be in perfect working order and moved only when, as far as Admortis could gather, when it should have, and no further than was proper.

The only thing wrong with the situation with Admortis and the door was, if the goblin was to be asked, that he had to hold his shield whilst he inspected the door.

I'm going to need to make a strap to put it on my back, or something. But that's for later, I've a report to make.

"Master Tesonu, I have inspected this fine door, and I can find no flaws with its make nor in its condition. It is rather perfect, if I may say so myself." He was prepared to finish his statement there, but made better of it "Oh, and master? Thank you for healing me. You have saved me a great deal of woe."

    Summary:
    Health: 80% (Healed by Tesonu)
    Level: 5.2
    Gold: 0 gold
    Mood: Very pleased indeed.
Status: At the guard room's steel door.
Keeper Approval: 35 (+15 from being healed)
Summary: Admortis was healed, got up, inspected the steel door and made his report to Tesonu

Suria the Blue Spawn of Rage

Suria pulled her head out of the wall and looked around to find that she was too late to get her revenge on the Orc that knocked her into the wall to begin with. Arnold had been knocked unconscious and dragged off. To lose her kill, especially when she was quite mad, was fairly upsetting for Suria. She, in response, climbed back up the wall with her claws then stuck her face back within the cracks that she previously created.

    STUPIDROGUESTUPIDVOMIT

    IWANTTORIPHISSTUPIDHEADOFFANDTEARITAPART

    THESTUPIDORCWILLBENEXTIFMYKILLWASNTSTOLENGODDAMNIT

    ....................................

...I'm not coming out of this hole until something happens to brighten my mood...

    IT IS PAYDAY!

    Suria was gone.

"Out of my way, Creatures!!" Suria yelled towards the Creatures that she passed by as she charged back into Tesonu's main dungeon.

Suria soon found herself in the Treasury behind Tesonu's Dungeon Heart. She took a leap into the mountains of Gold, then began to pleasure herself by swimming around. She was enjoying herself quite a bit until...

Everybody else, get back to work on the Combat Pit! Black Knight Army Spam Tactics! GO!!

Suria stuck her head out from the piles of Gold and looked up at the ceiling.

"...Whatever..." she said aloud, yet was mostly speaking to herself.

Suria grabbed a small bag of 359 Gold then began to drag it towards the Lair. Once she finally entered the Lair, she tossed it onto her Lair, then began to head towards the Library. She entered the Library and quickly found a book that was simply titled "Combat Pit". However, she encountered a bit of a problem. The book was on the second top shelf. She was only one meter tall.

Damn it, how am I going to get that stupid book!?

Suria attempted to climb up the bookshelf. She leaped up onto the middle shelf, then grabbed onto the books. From there, she proceeded to try and climb up, or at least, she would have if the books were attached to the actual bookshelf. Although she was small and light, her weight was enough to pull the books out of the shelves just as soon as she grabbed onto them. This caused Suria to fall and plummet to her death... or the floor, rather. She landed hard on her back and the two books she grabbed fell on her tail and her head respectfully.

Suria rolled over onto her feet then glared at the books. She grabbed one of them titled "A Place of Rest: The Lair" and began to chew on it. She bit on the cover, leaving terrible marks then began to claw at the pages and ripped them up. After she was done with the book, she grabbed it tightly then threw it at a wall.

Who needs to research the Lair anyways!?

Still in a rage, Suria left the Library and walked into the Lair. She turned around and charged back into the Library, screaming. She tackled the bookshelf that she was attempting to climb by ramming her head against the side of it. This caused the bookshelf to shake, allowing several books to fall off. Suria, meanwhile, staggered about for a moment then sat down and rested before she felt better.

Suria looked at the books that fell. Conveniently, the Combat Pit book that she had her eyes on also fell. She walked over to it then opened it up, and pushed her face right in front of the pages. Her eyes were less than an inch away from the writing.

Summery: Suria was upset that she lost her kill then became happy that it was Payday and grabbed 359 Gold. She set it in her Lair then entered the Library to Research. She found a book to read but was too short to reach. She tried to climb the bookshelf but failed and knocked two books down. She then tore up one of the books and threw it at a wall before ramming her head against the bookshelf, causing several books to fall out. One of them was the Combat Pit book she found, and she began to read it.

    Ithique
    &
    Bastain

Ithique looked down at the unconcious Orc with utter disdain. He then looked down at the unconcious Rogue with even more disdain.

The pyschotic Dark Elf strode over to the Rogue, towering above his still form as he drolled face-down into the Orc's chest. Ithique looked around to see he wasn't observed, before he whispered.

'"Your head is mine, Traitor. I know it was you and so does the Keeper. It's only so long before he gives the order to finish it, and I will make sure it's me who slits you're throat."'

Ithique delivered a swift kick to Veracks side, content in the knowledge he was doing the Keeper's work.

-(I long to spill his blood right here. How glorious it would be. Splattered across the tiling. If his loyalties lie outside the dungeon, it is only fitting that his death should happen here...)-

The Butcher of Redshore looked around the battle drinking in the carnage before he left, armour plates clanking in sinister fashion.

After Ithique walked off, Bastain strode up back to his surly self. He cast asside any thought of forefilling the Keeper's violent asside. He did not submit himself to the shifting whims of Keepers. That was a fool's buisness.

    "Let's get you resting, huh?"

The old rogue considered dragging his compatriot to the lair, but then Verack is picked up by the Keeper.

Ithique had finished collecting his pay, all 100 gold pieces, when he approached the Dungeon Heart.

'"If... when... you want that insolent, useless Rogue dealt with, Keeper. I think you know who I'm talking about. I doubt you have any use for a traitor. I would be more than willing to offer my services to... get rid of the problem for you."'

The Dark Elf headed to the library where he picked up the book with the most graphic illustrations he could find, titled Blood, Gore and Combat Pits.

    Ithique read very attentively...

Bastain headed for the Treasury to pick up his pay of 80 gold pieces. He immediately returned to the Casino to drown is sorrows and engage in a spot of gambling.

    {\What was that Dark Elf playing at? I didn't hear what he was saying, but I'll be damned if he ain't a loose cannon./}

In Tesonu's graveyard, the bodies of the dead prisoners were accumulating in the Graveyard. After that, the graveyard was left alone for a while.

A short while later, a vampiric body dug itself out of the earth. The vampire stood up.

A vampire has risen in your Graveyard.

"YES! I have risen. I have told them I would be back, and now I am!"

The vampire walked off forward, out of the Graveyard.

"Now where do I happen to be? It appears that I am in a Dungeon."

The vampire walked on further, and noticed the Dungeon Heart.

"I suppose I am to be in service of this Keeper now. How low."

He walked towards the Dungeon Heart.

"Greetings, Keeper. My name is Voro. I do believe we share our hatred with those pesky little humans on the overworld. For that I will cooperate with you."

Voro then continued on towards the Lair, and created his lair in it.

Voro then decided to make himself useful and use his intellect for the progress of... just about anything. He went to the Library, where he saw a couple of creatures at work. He walked on towards the closest one to the entrance, Suria, while having his arms folded.

"Tell me, worm--I mean, fellow creature, what is it that you're-"

Voro looked at the book cover of the book Suria was reading, which had the title "Combat Pit" on it.

"Oh, never mind, I have figured it out already."

Voro looked at one of the bookshelves for a book about Combat Pits. He soon found one, titled "Combat Pits for Keepers with Class". He started reading it.

Summary: Voro rose from the graveyard, briefly introduced himself to the keeper, made a lair and decided he'd make himself useful and started researching the combat pit.

Ray was still lying on the floor.

    FLY!!!

You forgot to feed the Prisoners you stupid Fly! No Payday for you either!

"Huh? I what? My head feels hazy..."

The Keeper then slapped Ray upside the face.

"OW! I defeated the big bad monster, what does he want now?"

    The Keeper went on.

"And I still need you in the Torture Chamber to torture Verack!"

"Torture chamber? The Heart wants me to do the nasty work in the torture chamber? I feel the Heart still doesn't love me... but one day the Heart will see my value and then he will love me!"

Though still injured, Ray quickly went to the torture chamber and saw Verack strapped onto a torture table.

"HI! I hear the Heart dislikes you. Reeaally dislikes you. Like, a lot. So he made sure that I make sure you're getting hurt bad while he's watching. So, you're going to be getting hurt bad. How's you like that? It looks like you're already kinda hurt bad already, so I'll tone it down a bit. The Heart won't like you die. Not before you've had enough pain. Pain! You're going to feel pain and it will be really good! Let's see if you like it!"

Ray then launched a small Hailstorm towards Verack. It was weak enough not to kill him, just hurt him a little bit more.

Summary: Ray went to the Torture Chamber and started torturing Verack with a weak hailstorm so as to not to kill him accidentally.

Verack awoke with a quite sudden pain in his stomach. His eyes opened wide, a fly and the common structure of a torture chamber became clear.

"What the hell happened!" he hissed angrily.

The rouge tried to move, but he was bound onto a torture table.

    That's just great...

    Ray, the fly, responded.

"HIIIII! Yeah, the Heart stuck you to this here table, because I think he doesn't like you, and then he told me that I am going to have to harm you and cause pain to you so that you are really hurt! So then I came here and then I saw that you were really hurt so then I came and then I hurt you more! And then you woke up. So, how are you feeling? Are you feeling pain? Pain? Pain! Do you like the pain? Do you want more pain? More? MORE? MORE PAIN FOR YOU! Pain for you, I love it! So, how's the pain? You like the pain?

"Pain is an illusion. Sentient beings need never fear pain."

Best way to deal with a madman is to act like you're mad too. Verack thought.

"What? So you don't care about the pain? Aww, that's a shame, it means I can't get to enjoy the best part. What should I do now? If you don't care about pain, then, well... then I'll just annoy you! Are you having fun in there? No? Yes? Well, why don't we have a nice little chat then, while the Heart can see what else there is to do for you? So, how nice is life going for you now? Nice? Not nice? You don't really look happy. Not really. So, how are you feeling? I want to know! I want to know how you're feeling! So tell me!"

"You do not yet comprehend your place in things. I AM the one who' asking the questions. Your interference has ended. So why are you even here? The keeper didn't want you here. You're misinterpreting things. And why don't you start to bring me my daggers back from that pathetic orc? And WHY don't bring me something to eat?" The rouge realized that this whole act wasn't that bad. The fly was crazy and therefore not a threat, it was a tool to be used.

"Misinterpreting? Do you know what the Heart has told me? What the Heart told me was clear to me. You do not know what the Heart told me. The Heart spoke clearly to me, and he told me that I was to torture you. You. Not anybody else. You. I am going to do what the Heart told me to do, because if I refuse to do what he says he still won't love me and I want him to love me. So that is why I am here. Because the Heart wanted me to be here. And I am not going to give you something to eat. Why? Are you hungry? If you're hungry, then I'll let you sit around here while you can enjoy your hunger as much as you can. So enjoy it. And I am not going to do anything else for you either, because I listen to the Heart and not to you. Too bad for you. So, having fun with your hunger yet? It's supposed to be fun!"

WHAT THE FUCKING HELL IS WRONG WITH THAT BASTARD???? Verack thought pissed off.

"What the keeper means is behind your comprehension. And you know something? The dead are useless! So feed the fucking prisoners! If one of them dies the keeper will crush you like a bug!"

Verack slowly tried to get his right arm free, were as carefully to not give anything away, as someone could be.

    "The prisoners...?"

Ray looked to the side, and he saw the prisoners in the prison. The few of them that were still there were visibly extremely hungry. Ray realized that this is what the Keeper was talking about, about forgetting to feed them. Ray tried to remember when he was feeding them, but he couldn't remember anything beyond waking up with a headache not too long ago. It was clear now. The Heart didn't like him because he messed up something before, but he couldn't remember. Ray had made a grand mistake and he had to save the last of them before the Heart would be even more angry. Ray turned back to Verack.

"Okay, wise guy. Thank you for making me notice. So now I'll need to go feed them. Don't you dare move while I'm out, or else I'm going to knock you out again."

Ray headed out to the Hatchery at top speed.

Idiot. Verack thought, before finally freeing his right arm. After that it wasn't hard to get free completely. The rouge threw the manacles away, before making his way out of the torture chamber. The moment his glimpse fell over the prison, he moved towards its entrance.
Verack took his lock pick and opened the prisons door. The orc wasn't that far away from the entrance; a female archer was right next to him. Far away a tentacle was sleeping.

That will be easy. Verack thought.

The moment he was moving into the direction of Arnold, the female Archer started to run. She wanted to get to the door but somehow was too stupid to steer clear of Verack. He gave her an uppercut, before moving on. Within seconds he dragged his daggers out of the nearly dead orc. With fast steps he left the prison, locked the door before he left the room.

Though Verack didn't remember what happened after he fell unconscious, he remembered a dark elf stepping him.

    Pay with your blood, bastard!

    Ithique

    Butcher of Redshore

As graphic as the pictures were in Blood, Gore and Combat Pits... it didn't fully capture the innate poetry of combat, of killing, writ in the blood of vanquished foes. Emphasis emanating in the thud of their broken bodies hitting the floor. Sometimes he thought he was the only one who saw it...

No, it was definately there. Ithique was a master poet, an artist of death in a true form - not like in the hollow graphics in this book. They held no poetry.

-(Why would I sit here when I can work my artform? There is a traitor in our midst for me to kill! His blood is a choir that sings of wanting to see the world outside his mortal form! The Keeper's intent is clear, and yet I have not acted? Blood must be spilt.)-

The Dark Elf didn't even see the vampire enter, he just grabbed his crossbow and left.

'"Before the candles burn down, you shall have joined those who have felt my touch, Rogue,"' he said to naught but himself.

Ithique headed to the Guard Room. It seemed logical.

If Tesonu knew that the Rogue was the traitor who caused the prison break, as the Dark Elf knew he must, then he would be busy at work torturing whatever information out of him that had merited he be taken alive.

By heading to the Guard Room he could block off access to both the exit door, in case Verack again took his chances with his less than stellarly loyal paymasters, as well as the Portal Chamber, in case he made a break for freedom that way.

-(Come Traitor, your actions will betray you.)-

The Dark Elf waited, his eyes scanning the corridor with the superior visual acuity of his kind.

A fly buzzed out, and Ithique stopped him for questioning. Final confirmation.

'"You tortured the Rogue responsible for the Prison breakout? Fly, is it not so? Is it not him in there now? Give credence to what I know to be true."'

Ray, on his way to the hatchery, was briefly interrupted by Ithique, who asked him whether the Rogue was there.

"Yes! Yes! The Rogue guy is there on the torture table! But now I have to hurry up, so bye bye!"

Ray quickly moved on further, towards the hatchery.

    Keeper Tesonu

"Oh, and master? Thank you for healing me. You have saved me a great deal of woe."

Huh? Oh yeah, sure whatever. Go hurry up and collect your pay because I have more work for you.

Picks up Admortis and drops him in a pile of Gold in the Treasury just north of his Dungeon Heart

I need you to start manufacturing some Traps and Doors. Get me some Barricades, Gas Traps, and Freeze Traps. I might also need a couple more Sentry Traps, Spike Traps, and Lightning Traps to add onto what I already have. Get to it.

Casts Speed Monster on Admortis using the highest form of concentrated magic possible and gives him a slap for motivation.

Suria I appreciate the effort but I'd prefer if you don't destroy my Library in the process of research.

Suddenly, Ithique stepped up to the Dungeon Heart.

'"If... when... you want that insolent, useless Rogue dealt with, Keeper. I think you know who I'm talking about. I doubt you have any use for a traitor. I would be more than willing to offer my services to... get rid of the problem for you."'

    ...................

Takes out a book titled "Good Book" then writes down Ithique's name in it.

A VAMPIRE HAS RISEN IN YOUR GRAVEYARD.

Whoa what the hell? Where did that come from?

"I suppose I am to be in service of this Keeper now. How low."

    (Don't slap him... he's a valuable Researcher...)

"Greetings, Keeper. My name is Voro. I do believe we share our hatred with those pesky little humans on the overworld. For that I will cooperate with you."

Yeah sure... go on and Research the Combat Pit you little Warlock Hater you.

I should probably cast Speed on my best Researchers to make sure they can go faster.

Casts Speed Monster on Suria, Voro, and Yasidranagia.

    VERACK IS ESCAPING KEEPER!

    What!?

Quickly views the Prison and Torture Chamber Room, sees Verack opening the Prison Door to retrieve his knives.

...If it's not one thing, it's another with that fool! Would he really risk yet another Prison Escape just to retrieve his weapon? Pah... I'm getting sick of this nuisance of a Creature... I'm not going to just sack him... no that's not nearly as satisfying considering the problems he has caused both me and my Creatures...

Moves over to the Guard Room, spots Ithique.

Ithique, I am in need of your services. Get rid of... him... he's in the Torture Chamber...

Moves over towards Verack, who is heading towards the Guard Room. Tesonu speaks directly and only to Verack.

...Prepare to meet your end, useless fool.

Tesonu places his finger on Verack's forehead, and suddenly, his vision becomes Tesonu's. His mind becomes Tesonu's.

Using the power of Possession, Tesonu forced Verack to head back into the Torture Chamber. There, he strapped himself onto a Torture Table and simply waited for Ithique to enter the room. He did not dare leave Possession so that he could risk Verack escaping again. Tesonu wanted him dead.
