How about 1920x810, that's 21:9 right? Does that work for you, and how does the game look on a resolution like that? Or 1720x720 I guess.

Well, the game actually looks exactly the same, pixel by pixel. The only thing that tells me I'm switching resolutions is that the game blinks when I do that, but it looks identical. Unfortunately this is also true for the crashes.

That's too bad. Because for me in that resolution, it does not crash. I tested it simply by hurting my own units and then casting heal to heal them back up many times and it went just fine. One thing you could still try, although I don't expect much of a difference, is in the launcher - run options force the SDL driver 'windib'.

That option was already on, I can't even remember the reason why I needed that. Out of curiosity, can I see your settings and run options? Here are mine, in case you find something off:

Your images are huge. So 2 things:
    - First please try it without forcing the SDL Video driver, so disable that checkbox to see if that fixes it.
    - If that doesn't work, please set the DPI compatibility mode for KeeperFX.exe and see if that fixes it. (See here how.)

And just like that, by unchecking that option it doesn't crash anymore (not by using Heal at least).

I also remember why I turned that option on, because when I was trying to get the game working in windowed mode, I needed that option to be able to move the window around.

Thanks again Yourmaster, you're a life saver.
