Here's probably a good way to be able to play DK1 online: YANG.

This program allows the use of "rooms" to be connected simultaneously. It supports playing Dos games online on the web so, I think it could be possible to play Dungeon Keeper online using the Dos version of the game through Dosbox. Yet, the lag may still exists (untested), but anyway, it's still a possibility.
