Default ENSIGN_ZOOM in LOF files doesn't work properly

    Hey all!

These days, I worked on the multiplayer levels. More precisely, I worked on the overworld screen to position all the multiplayer level ensigns around. I got a problem when I was playing with the zoom in the LOF multiplayer file. It seems I can't get it to work properly. If I set the zoom point to be 10 or 20 pixels away from the ensign (or even greater), it doesn't zoom to that point when I click on the ensign. It always zooms to the ensign position. Why is it like that? I was wondering if it could be fixed so that I could get perfect zoom points.

Later, I'd do an additional post about multiplayer levels since I'd probably need all your help.

I just tried changing ENSIGN_ZOOM of Eversmile to "ENSIGN_ZOOM = 200 200" and it works correctly, with both zoom in and zoom out.

Note that if the zoomed area is near edge of the world map, the game will zoom to nearest spot which won't allow to exceed the egde. It is always noticeable when the area left til edge is smaller than half of screen width (or height). Maybe that's what you experienced?

Yes, it works for single player levels on a campaign's world map, but it DOESN'T work for multiplayer levels. I can put any values for ENSIGN_ZOOM in the .LOF file and it keeps zooming at the ensign position.

BUMP! Anything new about that? I repeat that it doesn't work for multiplayer/skirmish level ensigns.

Looks like mefistotelis is on holidays (too many days without any change in KeeperFX source code xD)

Code for MP levels was a bit different - the zoom spot was not exactly on the ensign, but on the hand which player puts next to it.

I will change it to use ensign_zoom, as I think what should be zoomed is the ensign, not the hand.
