    Default Evil Keeper Campaign Level 14 "Hameln"

    Have encountered a problem with this level in that it seems impossible to win.
    I can destroy the enemy dungeon heart and kill all their creatures but no victory message ever appears.
    There are no heroes on the level, I have dug out and claimed almost the entire level.

    I have even edited the script so that it should win instantly so as to skip the level but still will not allow me to "win".

    Ideas anyone?


    Edit: I should add that I'm playing KFX v 0.40

    Did you exited to the land view and entered the level again? Level script is loaded only when starting a level; if you load a saved game, the level script isn't loaded.

    And speaking about the saved game, can you upload it?

    Ok, this is what I did:

    - loaded the saved game
    - waited untill all blue creatures leave the dungeon
    - after last blue creature left, I've heared "You have conquered..."
    - when I pressed space, the level was over

    It seems I can't reproduce the error.
    btw. I've used the latest Keeperfx Nightly Build. If you're using unpatched 0.40, then istall latest nightly build on it.

    I haven't installed any patches but seems to be okay now.

    Bizarre, I can't reproduce the condition myself, not sure exactly what was happening.

    Thought that perhaps the blue AI was holding a creature that was not released at time of victory.
    Remember having the same problem on Skybird Trill once.

    I have my guess: it's probably the "Keeper holding a creature in hand" bug where an enemy Keeper would keep a creature in his hand while his dungeon heart is destroyed, preventing for that creature to leave the dungeon when TOTAL_CREATURES == 0 script command is used for victory conditions.

    In the original game, it never happened if I remember well, but for KeeperFX, something should be done to kill the creatures in the Keeper's hand when his heart is destroyed.

    But we've told me once that it's useless to use the TOTAL_CREATURES script command when a dungeon heart is destroyed so, just edit the level script by yourself and remove that condition along with its ENDIF and it should be okay.
