Cannibalism - When it has 2 petals of health left, the Parasite worm looks for a corpse either in the Graveyard or on the battlefield. Note that it doesn’t eat UNCONSCIOUS bodies on the floor. When the worm finds a corpse, it eats the remains immediately, regenerating 10% of its total health over 5 seconds.
Cooldown: 30 seconds
* The Parasite worm bites the enemy unit and holds on while poison glands near the teeth pump the venom into the wound. The enemy will take very low damage every 5 seconds for 15 seconds. The enemy’s movement speed will be reduced by 30%. The worm will hold on until it is attacked or 15 seconds have passed. No damage against undead units.
Cooldown: 35 seconds
** Sprays a glob of thick mucus at a random enemy. The mucus attempt to "fertilize" any organic matter that they come in contact with and are capable of eating through the armor of Knights to reach the organic material within the armor. Victims are instantly metabolized and used to feed the growth of a pair of young Parasite worms, which hatch within 10 seconds. This explosive birth is fatal to the hapless host and deals moderate damage for 2 seconds. The wormlings are small but vicious and will attack any nearby enemies..
Cooldown: 60 seconds

*** The Parasite Worm injects parasitic bio-toxins into an enemy. The toxins attack the nervous system of the enemy unit making it immobile for 15 seconds. The toxins also attack the circulatory system of the enemy unit mutating the blood-cells into parasites that enable’s the Parasite Worm to see through the eyes of the enemy. The parasite is not readily visible and once detected can only be removed by killing it's host.
Cooldown: 80 seconds
Does not affect undead units and units with high armor.
Note: The parasite is permanent until the host is destroyed OR researchers have found a way to remove it.*see below* Once a unit is bitten and the bio-toxins are injected, the unit flees back to its Lair.
How the parasite is detected:Maybe the creature prays at the temple and the unholy power of the temple sort of reveals the parasite?
OR
Probably some researchers found a way to remove the parasite without killing the host? Eg: A potion? A spell found in the Library?
Special ability:
Undead aura
-Gives undead allies +10% bonus damage and +5% regen rate in a 3 square radius
Information:
The once peaceful worms became mutilated and mutated because of a warlock’s experiment gone horribly wrong. The worms that used to eat leafy plants now hunger for flesh, fresh or otherwise. Because of their mutation, they now have the ability to produce bio-toxins and injecting them into the creatures they come into contact with.
Behaviour in Dungeon:
When idle:It will usually spend time in places where the dead often come and go. It will occasionally visit places of captivity like the Prison, staring at the prisoners hopefully as though waiting for them to die.
When it is in the lower levels (lower than 4): It will spend its time training in the training room, honing its skills and increasing it's toxins damage.
