    Giving Bile Demons the ability to go across lava is not balanced. There are a some maps that would be easily abuseable if this happened.

    In my MOD, Dragons and Giants is the same for me too, along with Hellhounds and Dragons not getting along as well.

    As for the Ghosts, kind of similar to me, except I have them not getting along with Wizards and Warlocks.

    Changing creature hatred isn't that bad as a whole, figuring out who to not bunk with doesn't take long. In the original DK, took me a couple days to figure all that out (didn't have the manual at the time).

    But natural enemies HAVE to go both ways: Mistress with a Samurai and Samurai with a Mistress. If you split this into a triangle, it doesn't work properly.
    Secondly, having too much natural enemies make the game more annoying since you'd have to build tons of different lairs and lock paths to avoid confrontation. Not fun.
    Bile demons aren't suited to go in lava. They're mainly made of flesh and lava + flesh = PAIN.
    Ghosts are already so weak, having a natural enemy would just make them die so easily.
    As for having a natural enemy for dragons, hmmm, I don't know, maybe.
    I like dragons! They're the center of my life! I'll never forget them...

    Dragons where never overpowered, true. They just did hardly any damage. For the longest time in KeeperFX after the stat-fixes they became completely useless, but that has been fixed recently. Now I think their mayor downside is their high pay, and while they still do little damage their high armour makes them survive a long time making it a very good creature to combine with creatures that deal more damage then they can take, like sorcerers and hounds.

    For balance don't just look at 1vs1 fight results, but also how easy they are to get to high level and how they function in an army.

    If Mistress are overpowered, Samurai must be absolutely insane. They'll give Mistresses a Cleveland Steamer any day.
    The REAL overpowered creature is the bile demon. Drop a group of them into the heart of the party and you'll wipe out all but the highest tier creatures.

    There's no denying that a Mistress packs quite a punch and is very low maintenance. It's cheap, trains quickly, can do any job quite well and is very easy to keep happy. She's also fast enough that she won't get kited.
    That being said, people are often overestimating it because of how well she does in 1-on-1 fights. Unlike the dragon that eventually dies in every 1-on-1 fight, given an hour she can kill a knight by herself.(A feat a samurai cannot do). But in large groups she often contributes little, her lightning spell does lots of damage to stationary targets like casters, but a group of enemies is bound to include stuff like barbarians or orcs that walk towards her, causing her to target the creatures coming for her, walking backwards and hardly doing any damage. This way she more or less sits out the fight.

    Thing about Bile Demons is they'll wipe out 80% of a enemy Keeper's army by just flooding the place with gas and stacking piles of DoT's on the enemy. Everything but the tankiest high-tier creatures will die immediately, meaning you've already grabbed a huge advantage by killing off X amount of an enemy keeper's troops while taking no losses yourself. All their beetles, spiders, trolls, spawns, hounds and locks are now gone and they don't have the time to re-train. Pull up the Biles, rest and then repeat. Same applies to hero parties. The bigger the hero clump, the better as the excess heroes won't even participate in the fight but will still take gas damage.

    Mistresses can't do that because all their damage is single-target.
