Default Dungeon Keeper - DOOM edition

    Hi guys.

After using the extracting tools, I thought the collection might be great for a DOOM wad. Creating a FPS "possessing" style game in which you fight through 3D environments using Dungeon Keeper 1 graphics, the level possibilities with multiple floors should be fun to adventure around in.

I managed to get all the sounds and animations (monsters, traps, props etc) but I cannot figure out a way to unlock the graphics/textures (floor, wall, ceilings etc) and without this I cannot attempt to create this idea. xgfx just won't open for me.

Does anyone have the graphics collection, or know how to help me get this?

Thanks for reading, let me know as soon as possible

I wonder what effect bullets would have on creatures, since they are more powerful than arrows, and would rockets and plasma be affected by rebounds?

Oh no, you're not playing as DOOMGUY. It's set in the Dungeon Keeper world, and you play as a minion against the hordes of Humans (and maybe rival creatures)

The idea I have at the moment is your start with one either a Fly or Beetle to play as, and you can improve your type with temples (like from fly to spider) and use experience points to learn new skills (even ones that you can't normally learn).

Imagine a Bile Demon with speed and lightning!

Cube textures are in tmapa00?.dat, and after DeRNC'ing these are just simple RAW files.
You can open RAWs in photoshop, or in the tool:
    http://syndicate.lubie.org/siteinfo/tools_lisoszop.php

If I recall correctly, DKTools can also make these textures into BMPs (they won't show them, but will save them on disk in the same folder where EXEcs are). I can't remember which tool made the files appear, but that should be easy to figure out.

But you said you DERNC them while explaing afterwards. I can't even DERNC. Xgfx just won't work. I just want to get the files out.
Once I have the bitmaps (or according to you .raw files) I can work from there, but I can't even open the .dat, .tab files.
I doubt I be needing the .pals since I just want default graphics, not layered ones (like vampire vision etc)

    Use DKTools to get BMPs.

    Use dernc to get RAWs.

DeRNC is on this page, the lower link:
    http://syndicate.lubie.org/synd/rewo...rework_rnc.php

DAT/TAB can be extracted with this:
    http://syndicate.lubie.org/swars/rew...ork_dattab.php

    Sorry for the delay
I've tried both of them already. They don't work for me. I think it was because It didn't like my Vista (even dosbox failed)
or they did nothing despite following the guide

This is my problen, I cannot get those files open. If you know how to, then maybe you upload the whole graphics collection as a .zip for me to download, I won't ever lose it again that way
    thanks
