    Default Ancient Keeper problem

    Level 13: Sloth is virtually impossible! On top of a horde of level 10 knights you have to fight, with waves of Samurai and Wizards to boot, your Tunnellers are insubordinate. There's a difference between a challenge and demanding the impossible.

    How the hell am I supposed to win this mission.

    If you searched on this forum, you'd know that this problem is well known since A LOT of people reported it already.

    This level (and the entire campaign) is supposed to take its values upon the original Dungeon Keeper game. Now that things have been fixed in KeeperFX, it may causes some levels like this one to become impossible to play, because some creatures are harder than they should be. To this effect, you have to tweak the campaign's some creature files to ensure their strength doesn't go beyond 255 and and their dexterity becomes low for some creatures because of some bugs that were originally in the game.

    If you feel that it's complicated, you can skip that level until my future patch will be released.

    Edit the level's script file by adding a WIN_GAME instruction at the beginning of the file inside a basic condition. Go in the campaigns folder, then Ancient Keeper levels folder and open MAP00013.txt. Write down:

    IF(PLAYER0,GAME_TURN > 10)
    WIN_GAME
    ENDIF

    at the beginning of the file. Save the file. Go in the game, restart the level and you should win the game instantly.

    Which file should I edit? .adi? .apy? etc.

    ETA: Another problem. I use Notepad ++, so the code looks a bit wonky.

    You should edit the *.txt file. Anyway, I suggest you to not skip the level, but simply add some creatures by your side (for example you can double the Orcs or add some Dark Mistress), so there is still challenge...

    is this mission now beatable with the latest (at the moment) nightly r567?
    by the way, could it be possible to attach a very brief log with the main changes between one nightly and the other?
