    Default Poison Gas causing problems

    Ok, I've been replaying Burdened Imp, and i'm on the second level, where I'm disarming the poison gas traps with the . I've noticed, however, that the colours begin to scramble (for want of a better word) when the Skeleton activates a gas trap.

    ETA: The game also has a tendency to crash at this stage of the game, when I am disarming traps.

    What's going on?

    Save the game in a moment soon before the error occurs.
    Load it later to check if it happens.
    Locate the save file in the "save" folder.
    Upload it with a description ow what to do after loading to see the bug.

    For the colors degradation - I've seen it, but it's very random. I've made a packet file of the level, and when I'm playing it, it happens in approx. 10% of executions.
    The fading table must be sometimes randomly overwritten when gas trap goes off. This is a major issue. Maybe it's the elusive "possession bug" which I'm hunting for two years.
    This specific bug can't be re-created by loading a saved game.

    It seem to be a problem with rendering half-transparent sprites to size over 256x256.

    Scaling sprites is not rewritten yet, so fixing it will take some time.
