    Hi, I'm recently back into playing DKII and I stumbed upon this GIM, i tried to install it following the instructions, however, when i open the game, there was no cursor - hence I am unable to start playing anything and cant quit the game. Anybody has similar issues or is able to provide solution to this problem? Help would be greatly appreciated and I would love to come back to play this game!

    I wanted to replay some DK2 and reinstalled the GOG version which gave me blue screens haha, but I fixed that, with this patch for some reason.
    I really enjoy the difficulty, especially the 11a level (I think it was 11 ? you have 3 choices and the keeper seems to rank them from easy to hard). The 11a was hard enough, I was constantly attacked non stop and never stabilized but it made for a very fun level, especially when I won.
    Anyway, I tried the 11c (you have no portal but 3 level 3 salamanders and 3 lvl3 mistresses to begin with so you can immediately conquer a rival keeper), but I'm literally immediately attacked by a level 10 salamander, which makes the level impossible. Anyone has an idea about that ?

    This general improvements patch just seems to be more like a game breaking patch...

    The torture chamber is now useless...

    The imps never take any traps to install them, they all sit on the floor of my workshop..

    The game is now too difficult to play properly as you cannot convert any enemies units to your own. They all simply die.

    Also this forum gives no way to reply to a thread without quoting someone?

    I never played with GIM, but I'm pretty sure those changes you mentioned aren't actually part of GIM, they are not mentioned in the change-log. Are you sure you correctly installed it and that you are using this version?
