Default 2v2 Multiplayer against allied AI?

After a bit of Googling, and having a quick browse through this site, I couldn't find much information on this.

I was looking at having a game with my cousin sometime soon of DK1 (or 2, whatever floated our boats), and I thought instead of us duking it out mano e mano, we could go up against a team of AI opponents.

Having a look in the multiplayer menu, I could see that you could turn the AI on, but I couldn't seem to make them appear in the list of players, as I expect you could ally them with that 4x4 grid thing.

Has anyone had any experience in doing something like this? I tried it in DK2 as well, similar results, but this is the DK1 part of the forum.

In any case, KeeperFX is super awesome! Thanks for reviving such an awesome game!

In the multiplayer menu, you can add opponents when you host a game. You should click on some round buttons to put coloured markers if I remember well.
If you wanna play alone versus the computer players, use the -1player command line (which is activated by default on KeeperFX).

    Hi Dragonslover,
Thanks for your reply, I appreciate that someone is actually checking out my posts.

While I can see that you can create the AI opponents, I can't see an option where you can actually ally them.

I don't think you can ally computer players in multiplayer mode, unfortunately. This is something that should be implemented in KeeperFX.

Did you try using ALLY_PLAYERS command in the script file of the level you wanna play?
