Yes, this also happened to me.
I have completed the first seven levels and only the 7th has been shaded indicating it is completed.
Maybe you want to post this problem in the issue tracker to be corrected:

Didn't want to seem to antagonising I'd already posted two within minutes of each other. It seems to happen when the completion of a level is too brief. such as tulipscent, which I destroy the blue within seconds of starting.
