Witches fear vampires?

The manual claims that witches have a "near phobic aversion" to vampires. The Dungeon Keeper Premium (Japanese) guide book also says witches fear vampires. I've never noticed anything out of the ordinary between them. Does anyone here know anything about this?

The manual also claims ghosts can't be imprisoned and are unaffected by doors.

I don't think Peter Molyneux wrote the Japanese guide book though...
