As for your problem of having KeeperFX not working, you surely got the same problem as so many people for now: your video card isn't supporting the 320x200 video resolution. You must open the KeeperFX.cfg file with any text editor like Notepad or Wordpad and change the following lines:

FRONTEND_RES=MODE_320_200_8 MODE_320_200_8 MODE_640_480_8
INGAME_RES=MODE_320_200_8 MODE_640_400_8 MODE_1024_768_8

By the following ones:

FRONTEND_RES=MODE_640_480_8 MODE_640_480_8 MODE_640_480_8
INGAME_RES=MODE_640_480_8 MODE_1024_768_8

And the game should work without any trouble.
