After two successful versions of KeeperFX Unofficial, and the blessing of Mefistotelis , I'm proud to release KeeperFX 0.4.8.
I'm also happy to say there are more and more people contributing to this project, and without this much appreciated help I would not have managed to provide either the quantity(over 300!) or quality(over 9000!) of fixes and features in such a small time frame.
What's new in KeeperFX 0.4.8

Some of the highlights:
- No more random crashes/hangs on complex dungeon layouts
- Keepers design better dungeons
- Keepers don't keep Call to Arms on forever anymore
- Keepers will now use all their spells
- Keepers will start to sell traps/doors instead of filling up the entire map with workshops
- Imps will walk to unexplored tiles if you tell them to dig it
- Tunnelers don't get stuck as often anymore, and may get unstuck when they do.
- Units getting happy and angry now works properly
- Melee units will use their spells from a distance (e.g. put up rebound when getting shot at, not only when in melee range)
- Redesigned Fear implementation
- Units may now sleep and eat during Call to Arms if they are about to die
- Word of Power trap redesigned
- A lot more configuration options for campaign makers and modders
- New controls. (see here)
- Far more options for mapmakers, through level script commands. (see here)
- The game can now be fully played in Korean
- Two new campaigns included with the game (Assmist Isle and Revenge of the Lord), others have fixes and updates.
Instructions
KeeperFX 0.4.8 Complete is delivered as a complete installation, but requires a legally owned copy of Dungeon Keeper for copyright reasons. An original version (Disk, GOG, etc) is used to play, so after extracting the archive run the included Launcher and select 'Installation' to copy the required files over.
Installation instructions can be found on the official wiki. If you have any problems with the release, feel free to share here or list an issue on Github. There's also a troubleshooting section on the Keeperklan Discord. Note that you will be asked for the contents of the keeperfx.log file.
Music files need to be downloaded separately if you want to have the game music play without your cd in your drive.

Hello all after long time.
You probably won't believe it but I just thought about DK similar game yesterday. I almost installed War for the Overworld which I bought few years ago. Then I checked Mefistotelis'es site and saw 0.4.8 realese. WOW
Im very happy about new version. I wonder how big improvements You did since my last KFX 0.4.0.505.
So tell me, will I be able to play this game even if I remember old DK? Will the classic campagne delight me again? What do You think?
I am also interesting Ancien Keeper campagne. I would like to know, is it possible to pass due to changes?

Well, you were on version 505 last time, we're on version 2154 now. So that's over 1600 further features, fixes and changes. But you tell us if you still enjoy it, do join the keeperklan discord as well.
For ancient keeper there's a list of 'classic bugs' and emulated old stats to get as close as possible to the problems Ancient Keeper exploited in the original game. It might not be an exact match to how it was, but it is winnable for sure.
