GOG version of DK2 (1.7) crashes during multiplayer every 30 tot 90 minutes

When one player in multiplayer crashes, the other usually crashes too. That's not dependent on the map.

Not necessarily. It depends on the crash, and whether or not it's the host that's crashing. It's also usually not simultaneous.

When I last played, when the host crashed, we all crashed.
That's something to try to change by the way, make the other person host.

This is good to know.

I played the second and the third level today and both games crashed many times. We did everything you guys suggested:
- run game on single core
- 800x 600 resolution
- no hardware acceleration
- no shadows
- no water thingies

I'm afraid I have to abandon the game as a multiplayer game. It's sooo frustrating when you're battling for over an hour to get kicked out of the game at random...
Such a shame! the game is so cool and the level Crafty made are sooooo much fun!
