Default Dk2 to Dk1 Map converter

quickly made this tool out of some code by mefisto that parsed a dk2 map and implemented Adikted into it

written pretty quickly and only does slabs and their owner so no objects, creatures, scripts etc.

to use place files in zip in Dungeon Keeper 2\Data\editor\maps

then run 'dk2mconv MAPNAME d' in command prompt from that folder

note it edits the map in the levels folder instead of making a new one and is hardcoded to map 000001 so there has to be map files there before running it and will kind of overwrite whats there

done pretty quickly might contain bugs

update, now does creatures, and uses custom map sizes, thus requires the alphas to load the maps, maps over 85 might not work yet

that would be way harder to make, for dk2 I do have the documentation so reading isn't an issue, I can just ignore all the stuff I don't convert
but writing, there's nothing like adikted to actually write a functional map so I'd have to do it from scratch
