    Default KeeperFX freezes a few minutes into the game

    Hello!

    I recently installed KeeperFX with the latest DK Gold from GOG as Installation base.

    I'm running on Linux, these are the details:

    -Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS
    -Kernel 5.15.0-72-generic
    -Wine 6.0.3 (Ubuntu 6.0.3~repack-1)

    A few minutes into the game, the game freezes. I'm still able to escape to desktop, so the whole system hasn't crashed.

    Here's the log, which contains additional details about the settings I'm using, as well as the keeperfx version:

    I hope someone knows what's going on Thanks a lot for all the effort going into KeeperFX!

    First try if the latest alpha (from keeperfx.net) works for you without the problem, and if not, try it with a smaller screen resolution, 2k instead of 4k.

    Also try using Wine version 8 or higher.

    Okay, I tried the latest Alpha, but that didn't help. Now I'm trying 1920x1080x32 (still with the latest Alpha). No crashes so far, but I'll keep evaluating for a while.

    Upgrading wine is very difficult for me, since I'm running the default Ubuntu version, not the WineHQ version (silly me), so for a WineHQ version that's not polluted by the Ubuntu version, I pretty much need to reinstall my PC, because getting all the packages back to the state in which they were in before installing wine is very error prone. I might try that at some point, but not yet.

    Well, everything seems to work A-OK with 1920x1080x32, thanks a lot!
