Test Realm Stuff

Well, it seems the Test Realm has a pretty good chance of coming through.

So, since the poll is more or less over, let's talk about what people want to test in the Test Realm. I'm going to take record of votes (without using a poll) to see who wants what tested. This means the manger of the Test Realm (if it really gets approved) has an idea of what the community wants tested. Non-RP players can vote too.

We will be using the Suggestion Idea List as a reference.

-Can't find much of true interest to put my votes on, but Labatory, 'Product Stealing Room', and Freezer look a bit nice.

-Reaper Trap (Offensive Trap with blades spinning all over the place. Me likes, although Mirror Trap made close second)

-Pixie (Pixie Supporter here.)
-Archlich (May require tweaks, Wraith almost made this spot before I relocated the Archlich)
-Succubus (May require tweaks)

-Maiden (Interesting idea, but let's see results of testing...)

If you want an older idea, you can browse around the old forum, but I'm not making a list for that...

Testing all the suggestions at once is a bit overwhelming. I think we should keep it limited to a few. (although the manger or overseer of the RPs can say otherwise.)

The thing is, the Test Realm will really only be an approximation, and since it's a roleplay, it stretches the hard rules of DK. At least it will help a little and hopefully provide a bit more enjoyment for the RPers.

Suggestion for the Test Realm

I think there needs to be 2-3 sections for each RPing area or there will be confusion, or three realms in other words (They could just begin the same but have different outcomes)

Each is for the Evil, Good, and Neutral Side. Otherwise all posts will be mixed in. Of course, there can be usage of the Torture Chamber.

Oh Sire your suggestions list is so useful! I went through all of the creatures/heroes... and wow there's alot of bad/incomplete ideas!

Some of the ones from my list I feel are a bit unbalanced so I need to prove this so we can do some fixing!

And some (Well one idea actually) I think will make an extremely fine addition to the RPG, but not as much WftO. (Gremlin)

I considered suggesting a ''Hero'' realm where you can roleplay as heroes, but that's a different idea for another topic.

However, how exactly will we be play as neutrals? Does the manager of that realm design a map made specifically for Hero or Keeper roleplaying and then have many slots for neutrals to enter them?
Or, do we just arrange with the Keeper / LotL of that area for them to appear somewhere nearby and recruit that way?

Well if multiple realms is an impossiblity, then probably heroes are to be recruited by torture. Neutrals can be like neutral creatures but some may be hostile depending on the area and possibly creatures. Those can be tortured as well.
